This eyelid primer is the Thelma to your eye shadow’s Louise. The velvety formula guarantees that colorful shadows stay bright and smudge-free for hours. Suitable for all skin types and tones, the sheer formula blends in seamlessly and doesn’t leave any kind of residue on your lids.
I'm a big fan of theBalm, and this product is another hit from them! It takes very little product to use, and it has a nice tacky texture that helps glittery and fallout prone eyeshadows stay on all day without any issue. Better primer than UDPP in my opinion.5
I love using an eyeshadow primer when I do heavier eye makeup looks & I highly recommend this one. I've noticed a big difference in the life of my eyeshadow (less creasing and smudging) when I use this versus when I don't. Great product.5
i have tried many shadow primers, this one worked great and wasn't as heavy as most.
Eye makeup looks great all day. Love this, can't wait to buy it.5
I was hesitant about using this product at first. I mean, I am a huge Urban Decay Primer Potion fan. But this was actually a really great primer. It kept my eyeshadow looking great all day and a little goes a long way! love it!5
i had never used a primer for my eye make-up before but love this stuff. my eyeshadow stays on all day!!!5
I used this on a night out last weekend which ended up being a long night and my eye shadow was flawless the whole time! Love this.5
I heart this primer! My eyeshadow has a tendency to wear off easily regardless of the primer, tricks, wishes I use. This one kept my eyeshadow looking flawless all day, no touch ups! theBalm truly knows their stuff.5
This is actually a fantastic lid primer, and it doesn't take too terribly much! I honestly like the fact that it the sample DOESN'T come with a wand, and it looks like the full size product is also a squeeze-tube. I think its a lot easier to apply this way, and you don't leave product on the wand exposed to air to get all gross and crusty once you start running low on product. Put a Lid on It behaves a lot like other primers I've used, but its creamier and seems to take a lot less than products by Tarte and Urban Decay. I'll definitely be picking this up - I prefer it over my Tarte primer hands down!5
It felt great, and at the end of the day, my eyeshadow was still exactly where I put it.5
