This eyelid primer is the Thelma to your eye shadow’s Louise. The velvety formula guarantees that colorful shadows stay bright and smudge-free for hours. Suitable for all skin types and tones, the sheer formula blends in seamlessly and doesn’t leave any kind of residue on your lids.
Great primer. Eyeshadow and liner did not move all day!5
I don't have trouble with creasing, but I do have trouble with shadow staying put for the evening. I've used this 3 times and each time my eye shadow looked the same at the beginning and end of the evening. I'm sold!5
This is the best! I love my liquid eyeliner, but sometimes it makes a mess and marks on my top lid. With theBalm, nothing will move around or smudge! Two thumbs up!5
I have used Urban Deccay for the past few years and this product blows that out of the water!5
I loved this product, my eyeshadow stayed on all day and took less shadow to be noticeable.5
Love this primer, works must better than one I had bought at the drugstore. Goes on quickly and smoothly and definitely helps the eye shadow stay put !5
I noticed after I first applied to my eyelids the product seemed a little oily. My first thought was that my eyeshadow will end up creasing. I was wrong and end up loving this product. My eyeshadow stays on for the whole day without creases. Also, eyshadow glides on more evenly.5
A little goes a long way and makes your eye shadow pop. Be careful not to overuse, or it will look like you put vaseline on your lids....5
Made my eyeshadow more vibrant and easier to apply. Only needed a small amount. Sample lasted a long time.5
This eyelid primer is fantastic! At first I thought it would be too oily for my shadows and end up creasing but nothing could be further from the truth! It dries dry and smooth - no oily feeling. I have used MAC's eye primer for about a decade and it would almost always crease when it dried. This works just as well, if not better, and I need barely use a pin-drop-sized amount for each eye.5
