This eyelid primer is the Thelma to your eye shadow’s Louise. The velvety formula guarantees that colorful shadows stay bright and smudge-free for hours. Suitable for all skin types and tones, the sheer formula blends in seamlessly and doesn’t leave any kind of residue on your lids.
This worked well to make sure your eye shadow doesn't crease throughout the day. It feels a little oily, and you have to be careful about making sure it is put on evenly. If not, the eyeshadow can be darker in some spots than others.4
i feel this product worked well keeping my shadow on. With a tint of color, it neutralized my eye lid to show the true eye shadow color without having a heavy consistency or opaque color.4
I really liked this primer. My eyeshadow seemed to be brighter and stayed on longer, plus it prevented it from creasing. I'd definitely recommend it.4
The texture of this product is great and it does glide on the lids smoothly. I do have to caution not to use too much as if you do so it may slightly settle into the crease of the lid. Other than that it is a solid eye shadow primer that keeps your shadow on your lids!4
I thought this worked great. I have used so many different eye primers and this one I would rate up there with some of my favs.4
It's nice, and it definitely holds. I think I was expecting something with a little color correction - my eyelid crease is fairly dark, and the packaging made me think it would brighten a little.
If you are looking for something that won't interfere with your shadow at all, this is definitely worthwhile.
This product in my opinion is average. I have used other eye shadow primers that I like a lot better. Its a little greasy at first but it does dry down to a matte finish.4
This goes on very smooth and feels like velvet. The price is pretty cheap compared to other eye primers.4
Worked really well keeping my eyeshadow on my lids all evening. I will definitely be buying this product!4
I'm very picky about primers, and this is a good one. Some primers are too greasy for me, but this isn't, yet it does feel like it has some moisturizing to it. Besides texture, it really does work and keeps my makeup crease free all day. I still prefer Urban Decay or Mary Kay primers, because they are slighty drier which I think allows for richer color. I'd still recommend/consider The Balm primer though.4
