This eyelid primer is the Thelma to your eye shadow’s Louise. The velvety formula guarantees that colorful shadows stay bright and smudge-free for hours. Suitable for all skin types and tones, the sheer formula blends in seamlessly and doesn’t leave any kind of residue on your lids.
My eyeshadow hasn't been wearing off by the end of the day, I just recommend giving it a few minutes from the time you apply it until you put makeup over it.4
This worked well to smooth my lids and help my eye make up stay on. I love the Balm products in general!4
Wow it stayed for good 7 hours! I loved how my shadow didn't crease, it was a little difficult to take off tho, need more makeup remover than usual. overall great product, will be using this sample till it runs out.4
this consistency is very nice on this primer. i have little bumps around my eye area and i think it helped smooth them out for makeup application. i like it because it felt more rich and moisturizing than the urban decay primer potion which is very popular.4
I received this in my January birchbox. I really like the product. I have used primers before and generally feel that they are not for me. I love that this one is intended for eyes only. I hadn't thought of using a primer like that before. It gets the job done without feeling slick all over your face. The website describes it as sheer, but I feel like it has a little shimmer to it...which I love!4
I like this sample...I don't normally use this but found that it worked fairly well!4
Silky and smooth. Goes on nice and eye makeup stays put. The only thing I don't like is the smell.... I like more natural based products and this smells like pure bad for me chemicals.4
It is a good primer. I like that it is not liquid texture. It is my new favorite primer. I really like it.4
I used this over the weekend, and it kept my eyes looking fabulous! Love it!4
This stuff is pretty good. Can't decide if it leaves less creases at the end of the day compared to my Tarte primer I usually use. I just bought a Balm eye palette a few weeks ago, and the two seem to work together nicely.4
