This eyelid primer is the Thelma to your eye shadow’s Louise. The velvety formula guarantees that colorful shadows stay bright and smudge-free for hours. Suitable for all skin types and tones, the sheer formula blends in seamlessly and doesn’t leave any kind of residue on your lids.
I liked not only how this product helped keep eye shadow on my lids and fading, it feels very silky and goes on smoothly.4
I have a hooded eyelid so I have a really hard time wearing eye shadow because by noon I am left with just a crease full of goo. This product (when used properly) keeps my eye shadow in place for a few hours longer, which usually gets me to the end of the workday.
Some shadows work better than others with this product, but overall it helps with creasing. I don't wear eye shadow without it!
This primer went on smooth and really made my eye make up last. There was never any residue and it never changed the color of my eye shadows.4
It works really well and when I wear it I don't have to worry about my eyeshadow smudging or rubbing off.4
This works great. Just a little bit evens out my eyelid and helps keep the eyeshadow on. It does create a hint of a shimmer which is nice.4
This is now one of the staple products in my makeup drawer. This keeps my eye makeup where it should be and makes it brighter without smudging.4
I LOVE this primer. I'm obsessed with it. I used my points to get it and was skeptical of eyeshadow primer before this. I want to use a primer to get the best wear out of my shadow. I have been using UD primer in eden, I really enjoyed that primer but it almost made my shadow stick TOO well..if that makes sense. My face make up would wear throughout the day but my eyeshadow was too stark in Contrast. It also leaves no room to fix mistakes. Once your eyeshadow is on theres no getting it off. With the balm primer it keeps your shadow on all day but leaves room for some wear and and to fix it if need be. It's not thick and goes on smooth. I would suggest this product to everybody.4
I finally figured out how to use this stuff right. To get the optimum benefit of this primer, you need to use enough to cover your full lid, close your eyes and let it set in the air for 30 seconds or so before putting on your shadow. That's a little bit of a hassle, but it's WORTH IT. This is the best primer I've ever used. I can sleep in my eye shadow (don't judge) and it still looks as good as when I first put it on the next morning.4
This is a great primer. I have extremely oily lids, and this cream helps my liner stay in place all day.4
This product really works. It keeps my eyeshadow from rubbing off for the whole day. You do not have to use that much of it, so the tube can last you for awhile. Must have.4
