This eyelid primer is the Thelma to your eye shadow’s Louise. The velvety formula guarantees that colorful shadows stay bright and smudge-free for hours. Suitable for all skin types and tones, the sheer formula blends in seamlessly and doesn’t leave any kind of residue on your lids.
when putting on this product, it felt a little oily. It worked really well at keeping my eye shadow on thru the day, even with little hands touching my face.4
I only have good things to say about this lid primer. It goes on creamy and smooth, takes just a few moments to set, and lasts all day.4
I like the fact that the shadow didn't clump during the day after wearing for a few hours. I have oily skin and usually don't wear eyeshadow because it clumps. With this product I'll probably be wearing eyeshadow more often.4
The Balm is definitely a great brand with oh so clever product titles! The only drawback is that it seemed very liquidy. You don't have to use a lot of it which is great, but a bit more tacky would be helpful. It kind've seeps through your finger tips. Othan than that it works great.4
A little expensive for me to buy personally, but I was glad to receive a sample. Goes on smooth, absorbs quickly, really enhances eye makeup.4
I always get smudges in the inner and putter corners of my eyes, so I smoothed a bit of this there and no more smudges! Great. But apply minimally as it can dry caky of you use to much.4
I usually use Urban Decay's eye primer and I love that one. This product had a lighter/thinner feel to it, but it worked just as well for me. Eye shadow stayed on just as well as my beloved Urban Decay.4
I was happy to try this out as im just begining to experience this line of make up. So far ive used it on a light look and it worked well. Not sure if itll have the same effect with darker makeup bt im excited to try and find out! Not greasy, not too thick, no iffitation. I'm happy4
This product does exactly what it says it will. I love how much eyeshadow I save because I don't have to pile it on- the first layer sticks. It is a necessity in my beauty routine now, but I gave it 4 stars because it is not a game changer. Worth a buy!4
I like this, but I don't love it. I guess it's personal preference, but I like a primer that does a bit more evening out of my lids, and this one is more on the clear side. It definitely feels smooth, prevents creasing, and maintains the color of both my liner and shadow better than if I were to go primer free, however. I also didn't experience any drying like I have with other primers, so that's a plus.4
