Caring for dyed and chemically-treated hair can be a conundrum. Many color-safe shampoos are too gentle to get strands truly clean, while clarifying formulas can be too harsh. Luckily, there’s no longer a need to compromise. With this celebrity stylist’s sulfate-free shampoo, you can say goodbye to excess oil and dirt and enjoy added volume, strength, and shine.
I really want to love this shampoo. It really is amazing. It doesn't strip color, it doesn't weigh down my super-fine hair, it is fantastic. Except for the smell. It smells like the worst $1 drug store shampoo.3
love everything from the way my hair feels to the smell! I use with the dry conditioner which also smells amazing and makes my hair last an extra day or two after a blowout.5
This product definitely leaves my hair more moisturized, which is great. However, I have fairly fine blonde hair that gets greasy easily which I've noticed is a big problem with this shampoo. Even after washing it twice, it never left my hair feeling REALLY clean, and I've noticed oil build up in my hair almost immediately after it's dry. Not sure if my slightly more moisturized hair is worth the price and the greasy build up.2
Great on my colored hair - gentle but gets the product out. It also smells terrific and you only need a little but of the product and it foams and bubbles up so you feel like it's sudsing away all that gunk and it does! It also rinses clean and I will definitely be buying this again when it runs out!!5
This shampoo is great for my fine color treated hair. It is just moisturizing enough to keep the fly aways at bay, but not so heavy that is weighs my hair down4
I'm a man, for the record. I have thick, straight hair.
I typically use what ever drugstore stuff I put my hands on, but one morning I ran out and had to use my wife's stuff, which was the Serge Normant. Now, I know this stuff is in the women's section but come on. It's not perfumey, or...pink, or whatever. It's just a solidly, awesome hair cleaning product so I bought my own! My hair has been acting better, looking nicer, and feeling cleaner.
What I do is put a nickel sized glob in my hands and do a little pre-clean and rinse. Then I repeat. You'll be able to tell when it gets fully integrated at that point (it doesn't really lather).
Truly, my hair has never been better.
This shampoo is amazing! It makes my hair sooo soft and it smells great! Cleans thoroughly but doesn't contain harsh chemicals so it great for highlighted hair. Worth every penny.5
So I thought with a name like his and a price like that I would be getting some amazing shampoo but I have to say I wasn't impressed and did not notice a difference in my hair. It smelled lovely but I was extremely disappointed that I didn't get the desired results I was hoping for. My hair was no more manageable or moisturized than usual. That being said, I do want to try his dry shampoo at some point. Hope this review helps!2
Will never purchase again. From day one of using this product my hair looked like I had dandruff. Nothing like I have ever seen before.1
You know that awesome feeling you get when you have just had your hair cut? I am serious when i say this shampoo gives my hair that feeling every day. I was just recently back from a beach trip and thought there was no way moisture was ever going to return to my religiously-dyed hair but then one hit with this shampoo and I had that freshly-cut feeling again.
And, on a side note, I am obsessed with Blake Lively's healthy locks and read once that she uses Serge Normant products, so why not give it a go?
