This was a nice hairspray. Did not leave my hair grossly crunchy and had a good hold. Not bad smelling either. Just not worth the money to buy the full product.4
I never use hairspray, so this wasn't really good for me to get in my box. I used it on an updo a did just to try it out, and it did hold it very well and it felt natural (no crunchiness). So that was good. But I found the smell of it to be horrendous. Maybe that's just because I never use hairspray so I'm not used to it. Also, $25 for hairspray seems a little steep, so I don't think I will be purchasing.3
I don't really ever use hairspray, but that has now changed. As soon as I sprayed this hairspray I fell in love with the scent. I found out that this brand makes a perfume with the same scent and I plan on purchasing it because it smells amazing! The hairspray itself has a light hold, not sticky or crunchy, which is perfect for me!5
Its a nice hairspray and I like the nozzle on the spray but it isn't amazing to me. Its perfect to toss in my purse.4
I usually don't use hairspray, but I was glad to get this in my birch box. It's super lightweight and smells a whole lot better than other hair sprays out there. I'll definitely be using this for the few occasions that I require hair spray for sure.5
My hair never needed touching up during the day. This hairspray is not sticky or greasy. Love Love It.5
Deluxe travel size was perfect for slipping in my purse, and this hairspray definitely keeps everything in place, but it definitely does not give the most touchable texture--it left my hair sticky and stiff even one day after using. Great for keeping things in place but only to use if I am going to wash my hair after!4
Maybe it was my bad experiences with hairspray in the 80's, but as an adult, I've never been much of a hairspray user. That said, the smell was good, there was (only) a little crunch and the hold was good. Not an everyday product for me, but something I would feel comfortable recommending to hairspray aficionados.3
I don't often use hairspray because to achieve a styled look I often get that crunchy-hair situation, or my hair loses bouncibility (now a word) and shine. This may be the very best hairspray that I've tried. After styling, sometimes my layers sort of fade into each other and my hair gets that weird undefined look. After using Serge Normant, I was able to work the layers out so that I actually looked styled. Not only that, but I used sort of a lot and in no way did my hair get crunchy (I was putting my bangs in their place, they tend to get out of hand). In fact, my hair was the opposite of crunchy. I had used the spray all over, but my hair was as soft as if hadn't used any product. It was soft, shiny and "run your hands through-able". Through the day it kept my hair looking styled, even my bangs with usually get wonky at the slightest bit of sweat (it's super hot where I live right now) or humidity. For keeping my bangs tame, I cannot but assume that I could emerge from a wind tunnel, shake my hair out and fluff it a bit and still have fabulously styled and soft hair.5
This hairspray is nice, but to me, it's just like most other hair sprays. I don't, however, use hair spray every day. Smells nice, but I won't be paying $25 for a bottle of it...4
