In a perfect world, we'd have time to shampoo our strands more than once a week. (We’d also sleep eight hours a night and hit the gym instead of the snooze button.) But for all those occasions when life intervenes, this revitalizing dry shampoo is our secret weapon. The powdery formula revives second-day strands and beyond, absorbing excess oil to provide instant lift.
The whole product line is great, so I was surprised to find this was a little overpowering for me. The spray is strong and leaves me with more of the product on my roots than I desire. I've tried lightening my touch, but it hasn't worked well for me.
The smell is fantastic, clean and elegant. For me, it is just the best product.
I dye my hair pretty vivid colors so I rely heavily on dry shampoos. This is easily one of my favorites. It gives my hair texture, volume, and a nice fragrance-and keeps the oiliness way down. It's strong stuff, so there might be a learning curve with the amount to use and how close to spray it. Start sparingly- you can always add more. Waaay better than Batiste in my humble opinion- it holds better, absorbs oil better, and gives my hair way more body than any other dry shampoo.
4I really like this dry shampoo. It builds lots of volume and can revive even the worst rats nest into a sexy bed head, however I have two small problems with it. 1. This product leaves copious amounts of white residue on my very dark locks. I have to check and recheck that it is all blended in and 2. It doesn't have the best sent on the market. I will keep it among my dry shampoos, however it isn't my number one. I think formulas have changed since this first came out and there are texturizing sprays and other dry shampoos that can give the same or better results without the white powdery aftermath.
