In a perfect world, we'd have time to shampoo our strands more than once a week. (We’d also sleep eight hours a night and hit the gym instead of the snooze button.) But for all those occasions when life intervenes, this revitalizing dry shampoo is our secret weapon. The powdery formula revives second-day strands and beyond, absorbing excess oil to provide instant lift.
I have thin, fine, blonde hair. I watched the video of what this is used for and was skeptical before I even used it. I tried it anyway and it made my hair a knotty mess. Definitely not made for fine, thin, hair.1
Wow this made my hair GUMMY to the extreme. I have curly hair and it was such a mess to shampoo out. I needed to do it right away. I was hoping for a nice soft feeling like Beadhead.1
As a mom, I was very hopeful that this product would be great for getting ready on the go! Unfortunately it didn't seem to work well with my hair. My hair actually looked just as dirty before using the product as after. I ended up just going for a quick shower instead. I also found the smell simply overwhelming!1
The smell of this product is way too much for me to handle and I will not be using this or buying it or recommending it to anybody. I just don't like to compete with fragrances and this one was so offensively strong that it doesn't matter what the product does, the smell ruins it.1
I did not like this product. It made my hair way too thick that it looked greasy after using the product. Opposite of what it is suppose to do.1
I have been totally obsessed with the idea of using a dry shampoo. I have very long, thick hair and only wash it every few days. Usually on day 3 it's in a ponytail to hide some of the build up. Because my hair is blonde, I can usually get away with using baby powder to disguise any unsavory sections, but I thought upping my game and using a legit dry shampoo would be better. It was like Birchbox read my mind...a dry shampoo magically appeared in my mailbox and voila, problems solved....at least in my mind. After trying the dry shampoo my hair felt crusty - dry, sticky, and over processed. A ponytail could not salvage the situation, so I had to wash my hair a few times to get it back to it's bouncy natural state. I'll likely stick to baby powder...1
I did not like this at all. It left my hair feeling stiff and sticky. It smelled too strong. Made it look dirtier than it was before.1
I have very fine hair and I tried this dry shampoo (followed the directions to a tee) and my hair was hard as a rock. I couldn't brush out my hair afterwards and it was a big tangled mess. I had to wash my hair and even after that not all the shampoo came out. It took shampooing my hair 2 times to full get all the residue off. This dry shampoo is not for me! :(1
I have medium to dark brown/reddish hair and I have run into the same problem with this dry shampoo as I have with others...It turns my hair white! I thought that maybe since this was a little nicer brand, it would be done a little differently, but no. I even tried brushing it out like the directions say to, but it does nothing except turn my brush powdery white. I think there should be a dry shampoo for blondes (this one), and a dry shampoo for those of us with darker hair. Also, once I sprayed it, for the next 5 minutes there was a haze throughout my bathroom! I just wasn't a fan.1
I use dry shampoo regularly, so I was thrilled to receive a brand I haven't tried yet...and then I tried it. Sticky, stinky, left my hair feeling like a tangled mess of straw, and on top of that, it left my scalp and roots SO white! No way would I buy this product.1
