In a perfect world, we'd have time to shampoo our strands more than once a week. (We’d also sleep eight hours a night and hit the gym instead of the snooze button.) But for all those occasions when life intervenes, this revitalizing dry shampoo is our secret weapon. The powdery formula revives second-day strands and beyond, absorbing excess oil to provide instant lift.
This product was awful, in my opinion. After applying as instructed, I found it left my hair feeling sticky and weighed down with product. I have fine, oily hair and have tried my fair share of dry shampoos and this was by far the worst. I don't think it added any volume to my hair and I didn't care for the smell. What a disappointment. Made me want to wash my hair immediately and never, ever stray from my tried and true PSST dry shampoo.1
This is the worst dry shampoo I've ever tried. It smells fantastic, but leaves your hair feeling sticky and heavy with less volume than when you start out. I would not recommend this to someone with thick hair.1
I've used dry shampoo before with great success- however, this product left my hair sticky and dirtier looking than before. I've tried it twice (blaming the first experience on user error) and that will be the last time.1
I used this product once and for me it did the total opposite of what it was supposed to. Maybe I'm not applying it correctly but it made my hair look MORE oily then it was.1
I currently use Batiste dry shampoo and it is awesome, cheap, and super effective but it doesn't have the best smell. This stuff was AWFUL. It made my hair super sticky and terrible feeling. It was almost a hairspray/dry shampoo in one. Not good.1
I tied using this after having straightened my hair to try to extend the life of the straightening. I was unhappy with the results as I felt it did not cut down on the oil. But above all I was appalled by the headache that I endured due to the fragrance of the product.1
Not only does it leave the same sticky residue as some hairsprays do, but it requires you to brush out the excess powder. I have not used dry shampoo before so I did not know what to expect. I didn't read the directions carefully and didn't realize I would have to brush out my curls. The excess powder made my scalp itchy all day. I definitely learned my lesson.1
I had never used a dry shampoo before, but I have heard great things about them. I did not care for this product because 1, I didn't care for the scent at all and 2, it made my hair so dry and so big I totally could've given Dolly Parton a run for her money!1
I've tried both powder-based and aerosol dry shampoos in the past, and this had the best smell of any I've tried. however, I really didn't notice that it improved the texture of my day-two hair, so I wouldn't be willing to buy and try again.1
Smells ok, but didn't do anything for my hair at all.1
