In a perfect world, we'd have time to shampoo our strands more than once a week. (We’d also sleep eight hours a night and hit the gym instead of the snooze button.) But for all those occasions when life intervenes, this revitalizing dry shampoo is our secret weapon. The powdery formula revives second-day strands and beyond, absorbing excess oil to provide instant lift.
I love this product! I am the busy mom of three young ones and I live for products like this. I need to be able to be on the run and still look fresh and stylish. I can use this in my hair and it gives it body and looks freshly washed-plus I love the smell!!5
Works great, but it smells TERRIBLE. Really terrible.2
I am a fan of dry shampoo! I work for a hair product company and we also have dry shampoo which is what i normally use, but this one was just as nice4
i like the volume this product gives but it ends up being too sticky by the end of the day. I use another dry shampoo that i prefer over this product.3
I didn't like this at all. I've never used dry shampoo before, and decided to try this, and it made my hair feel sticky, and I couldn't get all the powder out when it dried. My aunt has always wanted to try it so I'll give it to her, and hopefully it will work out better for her.1
I have short hair, so this may be a contributing factor to why I love this product! it made my hair voluminous, textured, and it smells amazing! I would recommend this product to anyone with short hair5
When that alarm clock goes off and you just want 30 more minutes, this product will be a God-send. I have tried several other dry shampoos (from Bedhead to Bumble and Bumble) and this is by far the best I've used. Pleasant scent, works into hair well and gives it added volume so your not-so-clean hair isn't sticking to your scalp.5
Maybe dry shampoo just isn't the thing for my hair, but I wasn't overly impressed with this product. I've used 3 or 4 different types of dry shampoos before, and this one felt thicker with more residue, and took a couple minutes to get all the powder out - even though I didn't spray much at all, and kept it 10" away from my hair as it instructed. It made my hair smell better and didn't make it shiny or oily looking, it just made it feel a little...residue-y? I'm definitely going to give it a few more tries because I still have the sample can and I may be judging too soon, but using it the first couple times didn't make me want to buy it at all. Again, maybe dry shampoo really isn't the right thing for my fine textured hair - I think other people who find dry shampoos effective would probably like it more than I did.3
I've only used this once and didn't like the results, too sticky, but I'm going to give it a few more tries just to make sure it wasn't user error.3
I am usually NOT a fan of dry shampoo because they tend to leave a dusty residue, however this product leaves no residue and a subtle fresh scent. My hair is usually oily and I get that second-day "flat" look but after I sprayed the roots only I got an instant volume boost. I suggest flipping your hair upside down and misting the roots around the nape of your neck, then kind of "scrunch" with your fingers. Flip your head back and section two 2-inch sections in the front "bang" area and spray the roots. Then section one or two rectangular section on both sides of your head and spray the roots. Finally, section two 1-inch sections where you would tease a "bump", spray each section and lightly tease - and viola - beautiful bouncy volume! I know it's a lot of steps but it's totally worth it. I hope this helps! (P.S. I've done this same "procedure" with two other dry shampoos and never got as good of results as I did with this one!)5
