In a perfect world, we'd have time to shampoo our strands more than once a week. (We’d also sleep eight hours a night and hit the gym instead of the snooze button.) But for all those occasions when life intervenes, this revitalizing dry shampoo is our secret weapon. The powdery formula revives second-day strands and beyond, absorbing excess oil to provide instant lift.
I have used about 4 different dry shampoos including this one. Strangely, I was mostly worried about how it would smell (because what's the point in a dry shampoo if it can't make your hair smell better too?) and it was impressive. I have used dry shampoos that either smell too childish or like metal... I know, that's weird. It gave my hair a fresh scent. It was a little weird for me to use at first, because you have to spray it in and leave it alone for a couple minutes, unlike the other dry shampoos I've used that say to rub it in and comb it out immediately. If you're not rushing out the door, it's an awesome product.4
It keeps your hair from being oily without making your hair look like it has too much product in it. I thought it worked really well.4
I do not usually use products like this but I figured I would give it a try. I read the instructions and was still unsure how exactly to use it. However it smelled great and seemed to freshen and give my hair some body.4
This dry shampoo is great for when I have to get up in the morning, and need to rush. The scent s a plus, and I reccomend this product to anyone who needs to cut time from their normal routine.4
I use the tresseme dry shampoo all the time so i was excited to get a high end one. I was rather disappointed though because it made my hair really knotted and stiff. I think ill stick with my $7 dry shampoo2
So I have used dry shampoo once before and it just didn't work for me, I am glad I got a sample of this because I feel the brand is better, smells nice, and seems to give me those extra few hours of nice hair at work. I am taking it to work tomorrow and its staying there!3
It is a good dry shampoo. I did not like the smell for my hair. I like musky scents, but this almost smells like a man's body spray. Also, it is white and I have VERY dark hair so sometimes it is hard to use.3
I love love love this dry shampoo. It smells great and I love the texture.. doesn't get flaky!5
I've used a couple of versions of this type of product...Tresseme, Oribe texture spray. Be sure to follow instructions! Spray too close and you look like you tried to deoderize your head! It totally works though, sucked up the greez and gave me MAD VOLUME! I'm always after bigger hair. Smells nice as well, not overpowering.4
I was skeptical when I got this in my box. I've got long, thick blonde hair, and my hair tends to look dirty and greasy after two days (thanks, genes). I got my box on my second day of no shampooing and thought "can't be any worse than it is now! I can just shampoo it out if it sucks." I followed the directions (duh), loosely ran a brush though my locks and followed up with a headband. I went to the mirror and couldn't believe it! My hair looked clean and great, if a little matte (and it's recommended one uses a finishing oil afterwards, presumably to prevent that). This would be a perfect product on those mornings when I don't have for a full shower. Oh, and the smell is a little strong and cedar-y -- I think I used too much. It smells good though, but I'd use the smallest amount possible next time.5
