Infused with notes of grapefruit and black pepper, this unisex blend is so distinguished we think it deserves a Michelin star (or two). Designed by Atelier Cologne’s fragrance expert Jérome Epinette, Mistral Patchouli uses fresh fruity and floral notes to transform a base of musky Indonesian patchouli. Equal parts zesty and earthy, the enticing result is totally addictive. Think of it as molecular perfumery.
I was a bit wary when I saw that this was patchouli, but this isn't the type of patchouli that conjures up images of people that smell of leaves and dirt. It's pretty clean, peppery, and unique. It's not a teenager scent, it's not an old person scent--it's the scent of someone you'd like to get to know. I liked it so much that I saved up points and bought a bigger bottle.5
As my title implies, this is not the typical patchouli scent. Light and almost fruity at times, this is not an overpowering scent.4
The price for this is a bit high for the smell, don't think I would consider buying it.3
Great cologne. My wife and I both love it. It's transformative. I would recommend it to anyone. It works like an aphrodisiac.5
I really like the musk smell of this cologne. Good manly smell and different from the regular ones you find on the store shelfs4
The scent for me was ok but not worthy of the $80.00 price tag.2
I loved this fragrance, I only wish there was more in the sample! It had really deep, sensual undertones and made me happy when I was wearing it.5
It is an alright cologne but it is not something I would use all the time. But it smells alright3
The smell was unique, but pleasant. I am a fan of the patchouli scent. I would wear this regularly, but not excited about the overall price.3
I love colognes. I spend quite a bit over the course of the year on high-end colognes and like that I can wear different scents depending on my mood and where I'm going. I liked the Patchouli cologne well enough to buy a full-size and I wear it pretty often. Patchouli, as a scent, tends to turn people off, but this is a good blend that doesn't offend the senses.4
