Infused with notes of grapefruit and black pepper, this unisex blend is so distinguished we think it deserves a Michelin star (or two). Designed by Atelier Cologne’s fragrance expert Jérome Epinette, Mistral Patchouli uses fresh fruity and floral notes to transform a base of musky Indonesian patchouli. Equal parts zesty and earthy, the enticing result is totally addictive. Think of it as molecular perfumery.
This cologne had a very nice scent, wasn't extremely strong, got many complements while wearing it! best sample I've gotten.
I wore this sample out so fast I had to purchase the bottle. Its a soothing scent that works well for any season, I think. Its masculine but perfume-y, something I don't typically go for.5
I am not a fan of this scent at all. Wasn't sure if I got a bad bottle or not.2
This stuff smells great while being more manly than "hippie". It's my favorite scent of the ones that I've gotten from Birchbox so far.5
I've written a review of this before, when I sampled it. Now, I've gone and bought it! While there is a steep-ish price tag on this product, the random %off emails + points = a much more affordable product.
This is my new favorite cologne. I like this one because I like the way it smells. This one was not about the Mrs. liking it or anything, I simply enjoy smelling this way all day! I added the orange version sample to my order, so more Atelier to try!
Nice job on this one Birchbox!
Amazingly long-lasting frangrance. I am STILL using the sample. one drop for each wrist last and entire day!!! the $125.00 price tag is tad high - but considering how long it lasts - its a great investment. I am in love with it, my wife says it is too strong. I just dropped back to one drop and pressed wrists together.
I don't know if I'm alone in this, but I like to have a scent for every season. This one is the perfect scent for fall and winter. My inner hippy was thrilled with the patchouli scent, and my inner bargain shopper loved how little was necessary, and how long lasting it was.5
This is a really unique scent that isn't overpowering but wills et you apart from the typical fragrences used by most guys these days.5
Yeah, regardless of what they say in the description, this scent reminds me of the 40-something Deadhead who tried to teach me Hendrix licks when I was a pre-teen. I've yet to receive a cologne sample from this website that I actually feel inclined to use.2
When I read the word patchouli I was immediately prepared to make a disgusted face when I first smelled it. I was pleasantly surprised that this did not smell like the trampled grass of a field after a Phish show. Very, very nice.5
