Infused with notes of grapefruit and black pepper, this unisex blend is so distinguished we think it deserves a Michelin star (or two). Designed by Atelier Cologne’s fragrance expert Jérome Epinette, Mistral Patchouli uses fresh fruity and floral notes to transform a base of musky Indonesian patchouli. Equal parts zesty and earthy, the enticing result is totally addictive. Think of it as molecular perfumery.
I am not a fan of this scent at all. Wasn't sure if I got a bad bottle or not.2
Yeah, regardless of what they say in the description, this scent reminds me of the 40-something Deadhead who tried to teach me Hendrix licks when I was a pre-teen. I've yet to receive a cologne sample from this website that I actually feel inclined to use.2
When I read the word patchouli I was immediately prepared to make a disgusted face when I first smelled it. I was pleasantly surprised that this did not smell like the trampled grass of a field after a Phish show. Very, very nice.5
This is one of the better cologne's that I have ever had the pleasure of using. The scent was Soothing but still masculine. One that I could wear Through out the summer and most fall months. Everything seemed to combine perfectly one scent didn't over power another, having a combination of both effeminate and masculine but still keeping its masculinity. As i said before this is one of the best fragrances that i have had the pleasure of trying. Thank you for giving me the chance to rate this product and to have my voice heard.5
Cologne is so personal - it is hard to review it effectively. I am not a huge patchouli fan, but this scent is more earthy than hippie. There is some spice as well - but overall not my fave.2
I've had multiple "you smell delicious" comments when I greet friends while wearing it. It has just enough bite, and a distinctive masculine scent to it. I can't wait to get my big bottle...5
This isn't a bad smell but comes off a little strong. I"m not a fan of patchouli though so this may be up your alley.3
I don't always wear cologne, it's often too much and can lead to a group wondering who caked it on, but this is very subtle and leads to a great smell throughout a night.4
It's an okay cologne, I'm just not a fan patchouli. I'm sure people that like patchouli would enjoy this product.3
Colognes are person specific. While this one has a pleasant smell in the bottle, it did not mix well with me... my wife requested that I not wear it again. It work better for others.3
