Infused with notes of grapefruit and black pepper, this unisex blend is so distinguished we think it deserves a Michelin star (or two). Designed by Atelier Cologne’s fragrance expert Jérome Epinette, Mistral Patchouli uses fresh fruity and floral notes to transform a base of musky Indonesian patchouli. Equal parts zesty and earthy, the enticing result is totally addictive. Think of it as molecular perfumery.
This product has a very woodsy scent. It was way too masculine for me. I am more a fan of citrus scents.1
this cologne didn't smell terrible but it just wasn't my taste.1
slightly musty but still floral and sweet i love this perfume!5
I normally like patchouli scents, but this one was a little strong for me. I liked it after it wore off some...but the initial application was hard to take in.2
This is the third fragrance that I have received from Birchbox and the first time I have been disappointed. Really just not for me. Others have been great though!1
Yes, this is a very distinctive scent, but I felt it was just too strong, too many things going on. It seemed to battle with everything around it. I tried it a few times, trying to put on as little as possible and still felt like the rest of me was being overshadowed by my aroma.1
Rank. Seriously- really really gross. I accidentally got some on my hands and it smelled like it filled the room... like a little old creepy man smell. Not a fan. It went immediately in the trash bin.1
I am not a fan of samples of scents but I tried this one anyways. It is not my type of scent but I am sure it would be for others.3
This is too old person/musky/grandma scent for me. I prefer more floral or fruity notes, and this is the opposite of that. It's too pungent and it unfortunately just gives me a headache.1
I enjoy trying new products however this one was not for me. The scent was not flattering to me and isn't something i would wear. However, the product itself was good quality and a generous sample amount.4
