We generally frown upon PDG (public displays of grooming) but this floral-patterned mini-file is so charming, we’re tempted to make an exception. Inspired by Madewell’s new spring collection, which features sun-ready prints and patterns like this one, the emery board is as practical as it is pretty. The double-sided nail care essential is perfect for daily maintenance and as a quick fix for snags or breaks.
Other than the grit on the nail file being far too fine and wearing off almost immediately, I barely got done filing ONE HANDS WORTH OF NAILS and the file broke in half! How does that happen!? I wasn't exerting a huge amount of pressure either!1
I used it twice and the gritty paper started peeling off. It was a pretty design, but I have an equally pretty one by sally hansen that doesn't cost $5.1
this was a piece of junk! Fell apart immediately after I used it. Did not fix my nails or anything. The pattern is pretty, but that's about it.1
Sorry but I wasn't a fan. After one mild filing of both hands the board was worn down to the point it was unusable.1
I was excited to get a spare file for my purse since I have very long nails that I tend to chip a lot. I was disappointed that after just a few uses all of the grit was coming off of the emery board. I would not buy this.1
Should be called "notmadewell" as it bends and comes apart when you try to use it. I would NEVER buy this brand of nail file EVER1
I thought this was so pretty and I was very excited to use it, but after a handful of uses the paper textured covering started peeling off the board, making it useless. I'll stick with my plain, ugly boards that work and last instead!1
I used this maybe three times and it has no life left any longer. Sad because its so cute. :(1
Used it once and then the rough part started peeling away from the board and it was even placed neatly in the plastic case it came in.1
it wasnt a good product to me. it started freying as soon as i started using it.
i had to really press on the emery board to even get it to work some.
too soft of an emery board
