We generally frown upon PDG (public displays of grooming) but this floral-patterned mini-file is so charming, we’re tempted to make an exception. Inspired by Madewell’s new spring collection, which features sun-ready prints and patterns like this one, the emery board is as practical as it is pretty. The double-sided nail care essential is perfect for daily maintenance and as a quick fix for snags or breaks.
This emery board has the cutest pattern and the colors are so charming, plus it's super sturdy. Great for those long bus commutes.5
I am so upset as I lost it already, having a toddler and being on the go this happens, but this was perfect. It shaped and sculpted without tearing and being too rough. Loved it will buy another!4
I really loved the emery boar at first but it dulled so quickly. I couldn't justify buying it for myself when I have other that last longer and less costly.3
This nail file is really cute, the pattern is adorable and very girly and it works great for quick fixes but after only 2 uses it started to come apart. I was very disappointed because the product itself did a great job with my nails but the quality was not so good.3
I bought this for a gift basket. I like the design on the emery board. I hate how it costs $5, but when I used it as a filler to get to $35, it works :0)5
the emery board is pretty but it dulled way too fast. buy at a dollar store for higher quality. i wish that it didn't dull because it is so pretty in person2
Least effective emery board ever. I think I got one or two uses of it before it lost the course texture and became just something cute to look at and useless in function. I threw it away promptly.1
Not sure why this has as many stars as it does. For what it is, it's pretty pricey, and what it is is a very adorable nail file which will only last a few uses. The finish on it just really doesn't hold up to the task of actually filing nails. I wouldn't buy it (unless you're looking for a purely decorative item).1
I followed the splurge purchase of the Birchbox staffer who chose this as part of her splurge money. While I'm glad I did, as this is very pretty, it arrived damaged. Shipped in a bubble pack, not a box. Huge bummer! I will be calling tomorrow.
But definitely a cute/fun addition to any set of nail polishes and tools!
Too freaking cute! Loved the print, but I've learned with emery boards, the thinner the better. It was great as an added bonus and it came with a case that allowed me to keep it in my purse.4
