We generally frown upon PDG (public displays of grooming) but this floral-patterned mini-file is so charming, we’re tempted to make an exception. Inspired by Madewell’s new spring collection, which features sun-ready prints and patterns like this one, the emery board is as practical as it is pretty. The double-sided nail care essential is perfect for daily maintenance and as a quick fix for snags or breaks.
Not much to review, it does what it's supposed to do. Unless you're a super girly girl, who cares whether or not it has flowers on it (or any other design for that matter)? No way I'd pay $5 for an emery board.2
i could seriously buy a cuter nail "emery board" at Walmart.. i mean they all do the same thing soooo.. eh.2
I was so excited to use this because it matches the season and I was in desperate need for a new nail file. Unfortunately, this had to be the worst nail file I have ever used. It took forever to shape my nail. When I use other files, it only takes about a minute. After filing all my nails once, there is barely anymore friction to the point that I definitely can't use this again. So disappointed.2
I don't know if it's because I've gotten so used to crystal nail files but I felt like this emery board wasn't very good. It IS cute though. Maybe my nails are too strong for it or something but I felt like it wasn't rough or strong enough. I tried to fix a broken nail with it and it took me forever.2
Well it may be cute and nice to throw into my bag, I did not get very many uses out of it. I am glad I did not pay money for it. I have bought better quality files at a beauty supply store for a lot less and they last for several months.2
It's a nail file....what else can be said? I do like the "sleeve" that this comes with, but I wish it covered the entire file and not just 3/4's of it. It files like most other files I have...nuff said.2
After a couple of uses, the board started to fall apart-very disappointed. Board was thin and the material was flimsy2
When I first tried this nail file I was in love, I thought finally a cute emery board that does its job. After a few uses the board lost its sand paper effect and became very dull. Not only that but the board started to come apart. I would not recommend this item, especially for five dollars. The only thing that is useful now is the clear case it came with.2
I don't know - this just didn't make me swoon at all. I think it's very functional but the pattern didn't disguise that it's just an emery board. I wasn't expecting something so - blah - in my first box.2
it's not that great of a nail file. I wish it was more durable, but the color and pattern is adorable.2
