We generally frown upon PDG (public displays of grooming) but this floral-patterned mini-file is so charming, we’re tempted to make an exception. Inspired by Madewell’s new spring collection, which features sun-ready prints and patterns like this one, the emery board is as practical as it is pretty. The double-sided nail care essential is perfect for daily maintenance and as a quick fix for snags or breaks.
It's cute, it's convenient, but it's still just a nail file. I am not sure why this is a standout product.3
I've been meaning to buy an emery board for my purse and was pleased to have received one in March's Birch Box! Great for quick fixes on the go - and the floral pattern is very lovely!5
This is a good file. Plus it has a pretty spring look to it. I am always snagging and chipping my nails. This file is handy for smoothing them out.4
I've never been one to keep and emery board in my purse since I am rather a bit of a chronic nail biter, but this cute little thing makes me want to have long nails to use it on! LOVE!5
It does what it's supposed to do and the pattern is cute. I wouldn't spend $5 to buy it though.3
Cheaply made, but the design compensates, maybe. Flimsy, lasts about a few sessions, etc. Funny how it's 'Madewell'-- ;) not worth the 5 bones.
This works really well! Also got super excited about the plastic covering the board came in. Not too hot about the design, but that's not a big deal.5
Well it may be cute and nice to throw into my bag, I did not get very many uses out of it. I am glad I did not pay money for it. I have bought better quality files at a beauty supply store for a lot less and they last for several months.2
This emery board was alright, but it's just like the other one's i have. And i prefer the emery board combo that has a buffer and smoother as well3
Does not file my nails very well. I would try to file them and the emery board was not strong enough. Also it fell apart around the edges.1
