While were happy these BB creams have spread like wildfire, we'll always have a soft spot for the Korean brand that started it all: Dr. Jart+. Their premium formula is a five-in-one primer, serum, moisturizer, SPF, and sheer tint. Made without parabens or sulfates, this creamy tinted balm tames problem complexions and is the cornerstone of a no-nonsense makeup routine. Arbutin brightens and evens out skin tone, while green tea and aloe vera soothe irritation. Rare caviar extract promotes collagen production, while titanium dioxide and zinc oxide provide broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
I received this as a sample and it went right in the trash. The color was far too light for me, and the product seemed whipped and chalky. It didn't smooth over my skin well or provide the right coverage. Marcelle was a much bigger win for me, for a BB cream.1
This cream felt a bit greasy when applied. Good coverage, but the oily doesn't work for me.1
This was too pale on my tan skin. I did enjoy how moisturizing it felt though. If I had the correct color I would have loved it!1
I really didn't like this one at all. I didn't like the smell or the texture of it. It felt super thick in my face.1
I've come to the conclusion I do not like Dr Dart products. I wish I would stop getting them as samples. They don't work well with my skin. Every BB cream I've received from them a has made me breakout or just turned my face into a greasy mess.1
I didn't care for this product at all. It had a grey hue to it and was very thick. It made me look like I was wearing a mask and anything else I tried putting ontop of it didn't look god at all. The first product I threw away after two uses.1
heavy coverage resulted in mask like face which was unappealing. would prefer lighter coverage and more breathability for this type of use1
This BB cream has a slightly grey tint to it and it didn't blend in very well for me. It made me too washed out looking.1
Initially I read up and believed this product/company to be a cruelty free one - however that claim cannot be made when using cavier extract which I didn't realize when I used it...suffice it to say I'm not happy and will do far better research in the future.1
I've tried several BBs and haven't found one that I've liked. This product is no different from others that I've tested. I don't like that the spf quality leaves that semi-white cast on the skin. It also doesn't feel particularly moisturizing. It felt a bit drying and didn't have that slip factor that makes the product glide on.1
