While were happy these BB creams have spread like wildfire, we'll always have a soft spot for the Korean brand that started it all: Dr. Jart+. Their premium formula is a five-in-one primer, serum, moisturizer, SPF, and sheer tint. Made without parabens or sulfates, this creamy tinted balm tames problem complexions and is the cornerstone of a no-nonsense makeup routine. Arbutin brightens and evens out skin tone, while green tea and aloe vera soothe irritation. Rare caviar extract promotes collagen production, while titanium dioxide and zinc oxide provide broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
I really did not like this product at all. It felt awful on my skin and I washed it off immediately after putting it on...it looked too cakey and I couldn't believe it is supposed to be a BB cream! So sad.1
I didn't like this product. I felt like I had to put it on really thick..I would of liked it better if it was a thinner product.1
I got this as a free sample and was really excited to try it. I was very disappointed =( While the color of the sample worked for me ( I am very very pale) it went on very caked looking and no matter how light I applied it, it dried cakey. I had to wash it off both times I attempted it because I just don't like people being able to tell when I am wearing foundation. This just showed every imperfection and dry spot and made my pores look HUGE. I would not recommend this. Think I'll stick to my Clinique =(1
The cream works well enough, but the smell was terrible. For that reason alone, I can't use it. I've used other BB creams by this brand, and they are great, but this one just smelled awful.1
Unnatural look, didn't blend well, it looks like you have a mask of makeup on. Also I have combination skin and it caused me to break out in blackheads.1
I don't really use BB creams, so I wasn't excited to get another one in my box. I haven't tried it out yet, so maybe.1
For me, part of the beauty of BB cream is that it is light and doesn't have the coverage of foundation. I found this incredibly thick, with really bold pigments that sat on top of my skin and did not blend well. If BB creams typically seem too light for you, this would be a good fit.1
Too light and caked on my skin. Not moist enough for me.
Felt like it sat on my skin. Highlighted my pores and imperfections.
Normally I love Dr Jart products but this one was a bit of a loser for me. It went on much too thick and made me a pasty white color. I'll stick to their other products1
Im not sure what all the hype is about BB and CC cream. I have yet to fall in love.1
