While were happy these BB creams have spread like wildfire, we'll always have a soft spot for the Korean brand that started it all: Dr. Jart+. Their premium formula is a five-in-one primer, serum, moisturizer, SPF, and sheer tint. Made without parabens or sulfates, this creamy tinted balm tames problem complexions and is the cornerstone of a no-nonsense makeup routine. Arbutin brightens and evens out skin tone, while green tea and aloe vera soothe irritation. Rare caviar extract promotes collagen production, while titanium dioxide and zinc oxide provide broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
coverage is ok, i didn't think the color matched my skin though so i couldn't really use the whole sample and wouldn't buy again1
I had very clear skin when I began using this. After each use I had a new pimple, after three uses my face was covered in breakouts! Normally it is hard to figure out what is breaking me out, but it was quite easy to tell after using this a few times that it did not agree with my skin at all. As for the other aspects of the product, the color I received was a light yet orange tinged color, which was too dark for my light neutral skin, but not unwearable. The smell was a but weird but as long as there's no crazy perfumes I don't mind. The consistency was very greasy feeling, my face felt greasy all day, although it wasn't that shiny. It covered pretty well. It was just not right for me.1
I was so excited to try this when I received it. I've been searching for a good BB and I had high hopes that this would be it. I was sorely disappointed. This stuff looked like I'd spackled some gray mud on my face. It was HORRIBLE!! If I could give this product a "0" rating, I would. I'm not sure if I just received an off color, or what, but it looked awful.1
Packaging is misleading. Appears to be an SPF for the face, but is really a concealer with an SPF. The texture reminded me of Elmer's glue and went on like it too. I washed it off and threw away.1
I love BB creams, but this is the worst one I have ever used.1
I was super excited to try this because I love using BB creams. The coverage was great but it was a super gray color! I have a pale complexion and this went on so gray there was so hiding it. I couldn't even try to fix it with powders or blending with my own BB that I own. I was so disappointed.1
I don't know if it just wasn't the right shade for me, but I have pretty fair skin and this make me look like a ghost, and it didn't really blend or rub in all the way.1
I am sick of getting the same few samples every month or every other month. I have gotten basically the same creme of this brand for the past few months and I am not sure why....1
My first impression of this was good, i liked that it is a more sheer/light coverage so it gives you a more "natural" look vs a foundation. My face look nice and even and the color surprisingly matched.... However after a few uses my skin started to break out terrible!!! i had breaks outs all over my face and counted at least 6 pimples, this was the ONLY thing i changed in my beauty routine and since i stopped using it my face quickly cleared back up. I do have oily, sensitive skin so it just didnt work for me which is disappointing because i originally thought id love it.1
This is so thick it made me break out after 2-3 uses. I almost liked the consistency, but breakouts are a deal breaker. Into the garbage it went.1
