While this rose-water spray was originally created to complement Frownies® classic wrinkle-reducing facial patches, we love using it throughout the day to freshen up, to set our makeup, or just because. Rose water has huge antiaging and hydrating benefits, and this spray also has plenty of essential oils that work together to shrink pores and diminish signs of aging. Now that’s what we call the perfect pick-me-up!
Not impressed with this product. The scent reminds me of something my grandmother might have used. I see no purpose in this product and most definitely do not plan on purchasing.1
but not sure if it is effective or that I actually need it.2
I love a spray for my face. So refreshing. I'll keep it in the fridge when the weather gets hot.4
I would probably not use it for it's intent, but I ended up using it to moisten my blotting sponge for my cheek tint! I make kits for makeup looks to take to work, and this product sample was perfect in size and healthy ingredients for this use.2
I like it.... sorta.... I use it on days when I don't wear makeup... It feels nice....3
I usually think products like these are "just water", but I have been using this to set my make up in the morning and find that my make up lasts all day long! The smell is great and I will more than likely purchase this on birchbox!5
I used it as directed with the Frownies Gels, but alone I don't really see the benefit. Staying hydrated is important but there are cheaper, more natural options.2
I love rose based products for both the smell and the antioxidant vitamin c. I read about this product and thought it was really something I should try. I am so glad that I got it in my Birchbox because it saved me wasting the money! It's not that this is a bad product, or that it under performs, it's just that I am already using something better. Thayer's Organic Rose Petal and Witch Hazel toner to be exact. It has a really similiar (but better) ingredient list but is more concentrated, cheaper and smells way better! I use it diluted with filtered water the same way you would use Frownie's or full strength as a toner. I would rather write a review for Thayer's it is so good! Sorry Frownies!3
I just don't get this product. Why would I want to spray this stuff on my face? To refresh? Water can do that for free, and I don't see any other benefits to using this product.
I live in a humid place, so needing to freshen-moisturize through out the day is not a priority. The product smells rosy, and feels initially nice, then sort of sticky. perhaps due to the humidity? Also, it says for use with the frownie patches, so maybe better to use for purpose intended? Not sure about this one.3
