Discover the secret passed from nursing mothers to makeup artists. Originally created for new moms facing sore nipples from breastfeeding, Dr. Lipp's ultrahydrating, healing formula later gained a rep as the ultimate multipurpose balm among savvy makeup artists. And with everything it does (moisturize lips, make lipstick wear longer, add shine to cheeks, tame unruly eyebrows, and heal cuticles, split ends, sunburns, and dry skin), it'll earn a prized place in your makeup bag, too. A 2015 and 2016 bronze winner at the Green Parent Natural Beauty Awards, the thick, rich, long-lasting formula is packed with all-natural ingredients and is clinically proven to repair rough, flaky lips and smooth dry skin patches.
Way too sticky for me. I gave it two tries, and both times I had to wipe it off my lips because I just hated the feel.1
Was not at all impressed with this product! Its just like vasoline, but a lot more expensive. Will pass on this one!1
I'm really not sure why this is even an invention... this is like getting vaseline putting it in a different container and calling it something else. This is literally the SAME EXACT stuff as the nipple butter sold at your local store. It feels weird going on your lips and disappears -- requiring reapplication quickly... I would not recommend!1
This product works great, but the major flaw is the tacky texture. My hair constantly stuck to it and I felt as if I had glue on my lips.1
This product leaves much to be desired. I can see why it works as a nipple cream but for lips it is way too thick and doesn't moisturize the lips at all, just coats them and leaves them dry since they're not penetrating into the skin. also I really dislike how I have to apply the product with my hand, that's not very sanitary.1
I kinda thought the product was a bit greasy but I used it for my sons cracked nose1
Not sure if I got a bad sample or not, but mine was extremely sticky. Like rubbing honey on my lips. Had to use a sugar scrub to get it all off.1
I wan't into this product at all!! Very oily and didn't moisturize. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this product.1
The texture and consistency are not quite right for lips. I found this difficult too apply and was not happy.1
I really dislike the flavor and consistency. I would not recommend to put it on lips because of the horrible flavor.1
