I got to sample this product at the beginning of cracked lip season and was not disappointed! At first the consistency appeared a little heavy and gooey, but that was not the case once I got it on my lips. It goes on lightly and feels silky. I felt like it instantly helped moisturize and protect my lips.5
Amazing product! My lips have never felt better! Great for under lipstick too5
I have super chapped lips, and I pick at them all the time! This stuff is so amazing! It helps to keep my lips moisturized, and super soft! I ended up buying the full size because I liked it so much!5
this product came just in time, my lips were dry and flaky. You only need a small amount to apply, it goes on smoothly and it works! Plan on buying this product.
Which lip products work seems to depend a lot on your personal body chemistry. For me, this was middle of the pack: not as good as my beloved Blistex, but mildly hydrating (many lip products actually dry out my lips, so this is a plus). Texture is a little thick, and I've view it as more of a nighttime product that something to wear under lipstick.4
I felt like i needed a lot to cover my lips and it was a weird consistency. I didn't like have to squeeze out of tiny bottle to try and get enough out.3
Ok, I don't get why anybody would like this product. Maybe mine was old or something, but the consistency was really thick and waxy and it was unbearably sticky on my lips. It didn't moisturize or anything, just made a film of nasty, sticky wax.1
We came back from a 70 mile ATV day trip on a beautiful fall day and I forgot to bring my lip balm with me. By the time I got home, my lips were dry, cracked, and bleeding from all of the dirt flying in my face. I thought I was going to pay for weeks with dry, peeling, and bleeding lips as a payback for my oversight. I remembered getting the sample of the Nipple Balm for Lips earlier in the week and thought it would be a perfect chance to give it a trial by fire. I applied the balm twice the day I got home and by the next morning my lips were no longer bleeding. By the next evening, after using the balm 3 times that day, you couldn't even tell anything had ever happened or that my lips were in such bad shape a little over 24 hours before! I was shocked at how well it worked!
I thought I would give the Nipple Balm for Lips another challenge and use it on my 8 year old son's lips. My son licks his lips constantly and has not only chapped his lips, but also chapped about 1/2" of skin around the entire perimeter of his lips. We have been applying Vaseline to his lips and skin for weeks and we are still fighting the chapping
It is a good product for really dry skin but it is too greasy and thick for me.4
Very moisturizing and can't wait to use it when I go skiing this winter. Its a little thicker than I'm accustom to but it does the trick for super chapped lips.4
