I didn't notice I needed this until I received my sample, ha! But I loved it.5
I like that this lasts a long time and gives my lips some shine. I do not like how it feels sticky and thick. It doesn't feel all that hydrating to me.3
this is the best balm ever. not sticky or greasy, it just makes your lips feel super hydrated and protected. And, its fun when your friends catch the name "nipple balm".5
I was really happy with this lip balm. It did a great job of locking in moisture in my lips and added the perfect amount of shine.5
This lip balm as a nice thickness to it and glide on very smoothly. Making your lips feel moisturize for hours4
The best thing about this product is the lasting moisture. You don't have to keep applying it every five minutes. It stays with your lips and continues to keep them soft for quite a few hours. The smell is appealing and it has a mild to no flavor, which I appreciate. The best part: a little goes a VERY long way! The tiny sample I got has lasted me a really long time! So helpful during the cold winter months!5
I thought this product was weird at first when it came in my Birchbox basically because it was called Nipple Balm, but I ended up really liking it. It's thicker than I expected, kind of like an ointment, and feels like a sticky gloss until it dries more and then you forget you're even wearing it. You'll catch yourself reapplying more than you would chap stick because the initial feeling of the moisture is really addicting especially in the winter when it's drying. I do a lot of lab work in a lab with a really drying environment to maintain air safety, and putting this on after makes my lips feel brand new again. Expensive if you use it just on your lips like I do, but it's probably worth it if you want something for your elbows and other dry areas like they recommend.5
This stuff is very thick and dense so must provide a nice barrier for your lips. I didn't quite fall in love with it though. I didn't feel it made my lips beautiful or instantly soft. Perhaps this is better for someone in very harsh weather who really needs the protection.4
I've only used it on my lips but it's very moisturizing and long-lasting. My only con is that it is very sticky, more so than many lip glosses.4
I really enjoyed the feeling of the lanolin on my lips. I was aware of lanolin consistency from use when breast feeding, so I knew that if you give it a moment to warm to body temp it goes on much smoother5
