After a recent trip up north I came home with horrible chapped lips that I could do nothing with. I had an all natural lip balm I had been smearing all over it for an entire 2days to no avail. When I got home I remembered about this little sample I'd gotten in one of my boxes and gave it a shot. I'd started picking at the skin and was desperate!! Put it on that night and already the next day they felt soooooo much better. This stuff is amazing. Maybe I can get it cheaper somewhere else. And perhaps I will one day, but for now I've immediately ordered myself one of these. It's worth it!! My breasts have been so super dry too so I'll be using it for that also. Obviously it should work great there too. So happy.5
Very very thick, like Vaseline but it absorbs into your skin much better. No funny taste and lasts a very long time.5
When I first received this and saw how tiny it is compared to what I was expecting for the price I paid, I immediately developed high standards this product needed to meet to justify the cost. It met every one of them and then some. I used this on a lip cut that had not healed over a six week period due to winter dryness. After a variety of failed chapsticks and topical medications I was desperate and decided to give this a try. Within 48 HOURS the cut was healed! I am impressed, to say the least, and highly recommend this product.5
Living in the northeast, winter does a number on my lips. I have continued to try to find a product that moisturizes and stays in place. Finally! This is it.
Warning- product is very thick and difficult to get out of tube. Results are worth it though!
For whatever reason when I use this in my lips they become flaky and chapped. It did the same to my Mother's lips as well. Just the opposite of what it claims to do. I get dry spots on my legs and tried it there with no benefit. The only thing I can say good about it is it does work on my dry cuticles when I put it on before bed. Also it works well with keeping my brows in place. Otherwise I don't recommend this at all if your looking for it to do what I claims it all does.2
I have really dry lips through out the year. Only a few things seem to work for me.. This is one that works. Very pleased5
I use this product on my lips and my cuticles. Nothing has ever cured my dry and flaky winter lips so well. And if I accidentally squeeze out too much product, I put it on my cuticles, which seem to soak it up instantly.5
This lip balm is heavy and tacky but it really helps hydrate your lips. One application will make a huge difference if you are suffering from chapped lips. Lanolin is a wonderful ointment.5
This is exactly what I've been looking for! This is wonderful for keeping dry lips moist. And it protects my nostrils from irritation while wearing my CPAP machine at night, without reacting to the nasal delivery device. It is a super quick-fix for dried out cuticles. It would probably contribute to world peace if we could figure out how to distribute it.5
I've used multiple types of chapsticks & lip balms, but none like this before. This actually stayed on my lips after taking a drink through a straw which usually doesn't happen. I also used it around my knuckles where I commonly get dry skin in the winter & it helped heal the chapped skin better than lotions. Since it does double duty, it's definitely a keeper for me.4
