As artists from Da Vinci to Banksy can attest, the canvas as is important as the art itself. And the right primer—which camouflages fine lines, dry patches, and deep pores—does the same for your makeup. This silicone-based formula does all that, plus extends the life and vibrancy of your color cosmetics, providing the perfect opportunity to indulge your inner artist and let your creativity reign free.
I like the consistency of this primer. It left my skin feeling very soft and does work to help makeup apply better. I do think it is to much money but that is probably because of the Lancome brand. I have found others that are the same type but a lot less money.4
I love this primer, it is very smooth and not hard to blend in like other primers (tarte amazonian clay is what I use now and it is hard to blend). It smells lovely and leaves your skin soft and your makeup stays on all day! There's a reason it's sold out, it's that good!5
This product is amazing. Leaves your skin feeling so smooth and your makeup really does look flawless. Will be purchasing!5
I love Lancome and was excited to try this primer. Honestly, I didn't notice much of a difference with my foundation but I liked the silky feel of the primer. And I trust Lancome that it makes my foundation look better, even if I can't tell!4
This product was very soft and very light. It's almost like a silicone gel. There wasn't a huge notable difference with my makeup staying on longer, but I have pretty clear skin and I generally wear bear minerals.4
This product works good as a primer. It has a silicone finish but didn't make my skin break out.3
I love this product, the texture is amazing. I haven't purchased it yet because i want to finish my current primer.5
Smashbox makes a brand of this called Photo Finish foundation primer that works a lot better. Lancome's was somewhat watered down compared to Smashbox's so I felt I didn't get as good of coverage from there's.2
I have seen this on the Birchbox sample list, and darn I wish it had come in my February Box. I have previous samples of this product that I have squeezed every last drop out of. This product makes your skin feel soft, supple, and helps prime for makeup. I wish I could afford the full size!5
I don't really have enough of a history with primer to compare it to anything else, but I did notice that after application it seemed to neutralize my skin, so oily spots or dry spots, and my make up stayed put all day!4
