With everything we’ve heard about the potentially harmful toxins lurking in our products, it's a relief to find a brand that is completely worry-proof. Not only does 100% Pure use—you guessed it—exclusively natural and organic ingredients, but they also engineer their formulas to be even more effective than conventional products. This hydrating body lotion will turn even the pickiest skeptic into a card-carrying believer.
I love this product because it is super hydrating and seems to work all day long. It also doesn't feel heavy on your skin. I've been using Kiehl's body lotion forever and, while I think it's kind of pricey, it's great so I keep buying it. This may end up replacing the Kiehl's if I can find a scent that I like. My sample was Green Apple scented, which is not a favorite scent for me, but I believe that I'll purchase it in the Coconut scent.5
I got the green apple scent. I wasn't much of a fan of this scent. I am more of a honey or almond fan. So I will not write this off completely.
I may give this a second chance since there is a honey almond scent.
Great product! It had a nice light frangrance. The lotion was super thick and creamy, leaving my skin feeling super soft but NOT greasy! I would definitely purchase this product.5
I thought that it was nice, but nothing special. I think that store bought lotions work better even. I will not be buying this product.3
This is totally on the side of heavy-duty hydration. I absolutely love it for my body, but beware of using it for your hands. It leaves them a bit slick for a few minutes after application. However, it's worth it because it leaves a really silky feel afterwards. The scent is strong, I'm assuming from the purity of the ingredients. I love it though; it isn't that sickly sweet smell that some coconut scents have. This actually smells like coconut cookies taste.4
C'mon birchbox... this is the kind of "SAMPLE" you find for free in a magazine or in a direct mail. Not Birchbox caliber product!3
Really nice cream, hydrates but does not leave a greasy feel. Always great to know that a good product works and its 100% natural.3
It is too bad I was sent the coconut scented samples (though I think everyone was sent the same scent?) because I absolutely can't stand this smell. I don't mind a subtle coconut smell on occasion but this is knock-you-to-the-floor-hit-in-the-head-with-a-coconut overwhelming.
This is a shame because I really like the texture of it, the moisturizing qualities it has, and the way it makes my skin feel. Also too bad because the other scent options sound like they could also be overwhelmingly sweet and are not fragrances I naturally choose either, so I'm not tempted to try them.
If this line has a more subtle and fresh (i.e. spring rain, clean linen, etc.) smell come out, let me know.
I have a difficult time finding moisturizers that do what they are intended to do which is moisturize for longer than a few minutes/hours after putting on. It lasted all day without the sticky feeling most moisturizers leave.5
I love things that smell good as much as the next person, but with a sensitivity to anything too strong, the scent of this lotion was too much to wear all day without a headache. I hate that I wasn't able to wear it because it did go on smooth, absorbed well, and made my skin feel silky, but the fragrance required an immediate shower.2
