With everything we’ve heard about the potentially harmful toxins lurking in our products, it's a relief to find a brand that is completely worry-proof. Not only does 100% Pure use—you guessed it—exclusively natural and organic ingredients, but they also engineer their formulas to be even more effective than conventional products. This hydrating body lotion will turn even the pickiest skeptic into a card-carrying believer.
I liked the product, but the coconut smell, which almost smelled like burnt coconut to me, was just too strong. I like coconut smell to a point, but when I smell like a Pina Colada for the whole day, that's just too much. Otherwise, I would consider buying a bottle.4
love that this product was 100% natural. It also smells wonderful!5
This product was just not for me. The smell was completely overpowering (my sample was green apple). It also made me extremely itchy after using it. I do have sensitive skin and allergies, however I've never had problems with any of the ingredients listed and didn't expect to have a reaction to something natural and organic.1
This is nice lotion - I love that it's organic, and there are a lot of great skin-friendly ingredients in it. It smells too strong for me, though. I got the green apple sample, and it's not bad, kind of like green apple candy, but it seems totally unnecessary and sort of silly in such a nice lotion. I would seriously consider an unscented version, but not the scented.2
This product is wonderful! It feels so nice and creamy and the smell.....SO GOOD. It smells just like cookies. I'm not a very big lotion person, but when I used this sample on a whim, I am in love.5
I like the lotion itself, it made my skin nice and soft, but whatever scent I got (I think it was coconut) smells like bananas, as in, fake, artifical banana scent.3
Good grief, I have used some strong-smelling lotions in my life, but this is definitely the worst! I got the coconut scent in my January box and it was almost nauseating when I was putting it on and almost 12 hours later, I STILL smell like a coconut cookie.
As far as the actual moisturizing from this lotion, it was so/so. Not the best I've ever used, but not terrible. The lotion itself is very thick and creamy, which would lead you to believe that it would really last; but to be honest the scent has lasted longer than the moisture.
I use Jergens Crema as my daily body lotion and for roughly half the cost, it moisturizes as well or maybe even a little better than this lotion so I won't be switching.
The Green Apple lotions smelled really nice. Not sure if I would spend $15 to buy it though. I feel like there are a lot of other lotions out there that are similar and cheaper. It did add moisturize to my skin though and I feel less dry.2
Smells amazing, but the texture is way too thick. I received the sample in a packet that didn't close (it was rather like a ketchup packet), so I thought I'd use it up on my legs and arms and it took ages to rub in. It did make my skin softer, but I think there are lots of products that do the job better.3
While I do like that this product is vegan, I don't really feel a difference between this body lotion and cheaper drugstore alternatives.3
