The well-fitted jacket, the slim and crisp shirt, polished leather shoes—you’ve got the sartorial standards down pat. Now you’re ready to graduate to advanced techniques. Enter: the pocket square. A longtime accessory of the seriously stylish, a quality pocket square adds just the right amount of panache to casual and formal ensembles alike.
I currently would not have the use for this in work wear or even everyday wear. Little outdated for it uses.1
I live in Arizona and frankly, we don't wear suits very often, so its very unlikely that I'll ever need or use this in the manner it was intended3
As far as pocket squares go, this one is a great quality cotton square. The one I received is a light blue that could easily match the classic oxford cloth blue shirt that we all have had in our closets at one time or another. While I do use Pocket squares from time to time, it's not something I find myself seeking out, hence the lower rating of this product.3
I am not really a huge fan on handkerchiefs, but I thought that this product was simple, and nice. It didn't really nor will it ever serve a big purpose for me, but it is nice to have on special occasions. The one thing that I was very surprised about was the price of this product. I do have to say that I do like the color though.3
Its OK. nothing special. I dont use them, ever.
but it seems to be pretty good quality. would look good.
it is a nice pocket square, I would love it, if I had any use for a pocket square.1
Different color, glad it's not flashy. Nice fabric weight and feel, great touch to brighten a casual jacket with jeans or khakis.4
Very nice material, stands out as unique from all of the just silky / satiny pocket squares, but has enough texture to it that it's not just like a piece of broadcloth. Rare that I find an occasion to use this though as I don't normally wear a jacket that a red square would be appropriate for.4
This is a decent pocket square. Got it as a stocking stuffer for the hubs for Christmas. He liked it by said it would only go well with a casual navy suit. But good quality and great saturation on the fabric itself.4
I ordered the gingham print, and love it. It's a great staple, and the quality is not disapointing. The difference between the Jack Robie and the cheap Marshall's pocket square is clear. It keeps its shape and continually looks great. I would definitely buy others. My only complaint is the price. I know the market for pocket squares is anywhere from $10-50, but I'll never understand how a small piece of fabirc with some stitching can go for so much. I will continue to buy them anyway ;) End rant.4
