If you’re a devoted Birchbox reader, you’re probably well aware that we have a serious infatuation with dry shampoo. Our latest obsession is this game-changer from hip brand TIGI. A couple of quick spritzes instantly zaps excess oil, perks up flat locks, and lets us go an extra day (okay, four) without shampooing.
I love this dry shampoo. I have been a fan of dry shampoo in the past, but this is probably my favorite. It doesn't make your hair "powdery" looking like most dry shampoos and it has a clean fragrance. My hair lacks volume and this actually helps give it a little boost. Very good if you are in a hurry and need to refresh before you go to the gym in the morning or woke up late and are in a rush to get to work or class.5
Although this does dry up oil, which is nice. It leaves my hair looking grey. Great size sample, you actually get the chance to try it a few times before judging. I won't be buying a full size of this.2
This hairspray is good for someone who wants a light hold with a great scent! I have used this spray to give me some volume to a loose curl or straight look. If you tilt your head forward and spray the bottom of the strands, it provides just enough 'oomph' to lift the roots without weighing it down or making it look sticky or greasy.4
I am a waitress and sometimes while working doubles your hair gets a little ... slick? ... gross. This has been a dream to just spray a little in and restyle it at work. It makes me feel refreshed and way more presentable mid shift.5
It does what it says: dries up any excess oil in your hair. It works as far as aesthetics go, but this left my hair feeling dirtier than before.3
I really loved this dry shampoo. My hair is extremely oily, and if I don't want to wash my hair every day, I have to use dry shampoo on my bangs to look presentable. I have tried quite a few dry shampoos, and my biggest complaint is usually that the product leaves behind a visible, powdery residue. That is not the case with Catwalk. It made my hair look pretty great with out making my hair look a little gray. It also did not give my hair a weird, stiff texture that has occurred with other products. I would buy Catwalk. That is saying a lot because it is quite a bit more expensive than my other favorite dry shampoo. My only complaint is that Catwalk has a strong scent that overpowers anything else I am wearing. It is not unpleasant - just strong. That is the only thing keeping Catwalk from getting the full 5 stars.4
This dry shampoo worked great for me to touch-up my hair after a long day without having to re-wash it. I would not use it to "skip" a day to have hair that is ready for work, but it would do well for casual lounging on the weekend.5
i was excited to use this dry shampoo when i got it and the sample size is wonderful. but this product had an awful smell and It did not remove the oil from my hair. i dont think i will be trying it again any time soon.1
Loved getting this in my box, but I'm not crazy about the scent. It definitely works getting the grease out, but it also feels a little heavy on my hair.3
Definitely a fan, needed a dry shampoo. This smells great and leaves my limp hair with volume. I recommend t. I use it with my styling arsenal.5
