In our quest to eradicate zits, we've found that this doctor-developed formula gets the job done without causing more skin problems (think: overdrying). The serum penetrates the skin and goes straight to the source to eliminate trapped bacteria, dirt, and oil and restore damaged skin. It clears up pimples quickly and gently without irritating or drying up your complexion, which could actually lead to more oil production and blemishes. The patent-pending YS3 Complex delivers blemish-banishing ingredients, like tea tree oil, salicylic acid, and willow bark, beneath the skin’s surface to reduce inflammation and clear up redness. Bonus: The serum also tackles surface scars and hyperpigmentation.
No major complaints, but no big wins either. Saw minimal reduction in existing acne. Not a bad product necessarily, but I've tried other brands (SkinCeuticals, Michael Todd, Herbivore) I like better.3
It's difficult to tell with these "skincare wonders" if it's actually helping my skin or is the weather just really nice and now I'm not irritated?
The smell was a little sharp at times but overall it felt nice on my skin and at the very least it didn't make anything worse.
I'm not against purchasing the full size!
I like the product and it is fitting for my skin type. We shall see how it works over time3
Being decades past my teens I rarely have a pimple crisis; even as a teen my zits were few and far between. I would have passed the Evologie Serum on to a suffering soul. BUT I was intrigued by the claims of treating hyperpigmentation and I am a fan of tea tree oil for its anti-fungal and disinfecting properties. I will give the product a fair shot and see what impact it does or doesn't have on my age-induced discolorations.3
I used this for a few consecutive days and didn't notice a difference. I wanted to like this product but it didn't have any effect on my acne spots or sun spots. It also was sticky after drying.3
After putting this in a blemish, it burned for a second. The next morning the blemish looked the exact same.3
It smelled horrible. It burned a little going on. And it didn't do a thing for my skin.3
Im not sure it was an anti anything serum, but it felt nice on my skin and has a pleasant smell.3
I am not one to use blemish serum, yet. It was okay. I wasn't a fan of the smell.3
I was initially excited to try this product because I am always looking for a good spot treatment, but once I put it on my face it smelled horrible and after a few uses I saw no difference in the small blemishes that I had, I almost feel it made them worse.3
