In our quest to eradicate zits we’ve tried our fair share of pimple-busting products—with mixed results. This radical serum may very well be The One. The doctor-developed formula penetrates the skin, going straight to the source to eliminate trapped bacteria, dirt, and oil to restore damaged skin. It gets the job done quickly and gently, without irritating or over-drying your skin. The patent-pending YS3 Complex delivers blemish-banishing ingredients, like tea tree oil and salicylic acid, beneath the skin’s surface. Willow bark extract reduces inflammation and redness. Bonus: The serum also tackles surface scars and hyperpigmentation.
Texture is great like a serum. It is not drying my skin. I haven't used it long enough to see results but I like that it seems gentle.5
I don't have acne too often but when I do I really like to get something on it quickly. This product is a little thinner in consistency than I like and the tea tree smell is nice but pretty overpowering. This may also be in part because my typical acne tends to occur around my nostrils and I had to practically put it up my nose. The product is white, which is weird. I'd like it better if it was clear.4
Had a natural smell, probably tea tree oil. Didn't dry out my sensitive skin. Seems to be drying up my blemishes. Looking forward to using this because unfortunately at 32, I still get acne!4
I like the sample. It doesn't really seem to help my skin much so I probably wouldn't buy it. The consistency and smell is nice.4
This product is really nice, it does dry your skin out really bad but I guess that's what's suppose to happen on the blemish.5
I don't have a huge acne problem, but I used this on some hormonal flare ups and it worked decently. Pricy, though.4
This doesn't impress me much. Based on its smell it is a tea Greek oil based product. I've never really found TTO very effective for me. It is pretty harsh on my skin and stings, which I do not like. I will probably use the rest of the sample since it does moisturize well, but I won't be purchasing. I'd say if you are a tea tree oil fan, then you should pick this up.3
This product felt nice going on but I really couldn't see any huge difference I would need a bigger sample size to really give an honest review as to whether it is effective.4
I have battled acne since I was a teen, and now that I have gotten older, I get the fun war of acne AND aging. This serum is not super thick and gloopy, so your skin and breathe through it. The quality is higher than most blemish treatments that I have come across, however, the effectiveness did not seem to be faster than other treatments. This is something that I might purchase in the future, but as a woman that is looking for something for both acne AND anti-aging, this is not really something that I will jump for.4
This clears up blemishes quickly and does not over dry. I used as soon as I felt a spot and it went away quickly.4
