Unlike the average drugstore stick, this ace sweat fighter banishes B.O. and fits into our daintiest clutches. A must between underarm shaving sessions, Whish’s single-use wipes both tackle unpleasant odors and (bonus points!) slow down hair growth. Soaked in smoothing oat extract, they’ll quickly join the ranks of your can’t-live-without-them purse essentials.
It would have been a lot better if BB would have sent out more than 1 sample wipe per box (maybe 3-4 wipes)- you can't tell if the hair-inhibiting properties actually work or not after only one use. I'd probably buy them if I could have sampled it more realistically (ie- more than only 1 use), if I could see if it did really inhibit hair, than I'd be more inclined to want to buy them. But after one use, I cant tell and not sure I want to take the risk to buy them and have them not actually work (the deodorant part is not hat useful- I already have deodorant that works fine for me..)3
It was ok, smelled good, didnt make me smell like BO as the end of the day. However I would rather stick to my regular day to day deodorant, because its cheap.3
Great for emergencies, but with only one sample, it was really hard to tell whether I'd use it again.3
When I first received this I was really excited to try it, but once I did I felt really sticky. I used it as a regular deodorant to do some light errands and as soon as I applied it I felt sticky. It took a while to dry. Once it did it only lasted a few hours until I felt the need to apply my regular deodorant. The product smelled ok though...3
I imagine for somebody these are seriously awesome. For me they're replaced by a shower and a stick of secret. Maybe if I went to the gym before work instead of after Id need this but then again. I have showers at the gym too. So for me while they are convenient a daily shower and swipe of deodorant is more than sufficient for me as I don't need a midday freshening up. I just really don't have that powerful of an odor, I guess. and as for the hair growth inhibiting if I saw that it did that maybe Id be more intrigued but 2 wipes weren't enough for me to see results like that3
This is a lot of packaging for a deodorant I'm going to use once! At least I can recycle a plastic thing.3
I got this in my August Birchbox and was excited, since I thought it would be perfect for after a yoga class. Lo and behold, the day came when I forgot my deodorant and I had this little gal.
The size is great - it fits into a small clutch easily, and is very portable. It unfolds into a small sheet (similar to a hand wipe) and you can use one to fully cover each armpit. The smell was a bit stronger than I would have preferred, as it reminded me of Secret Powder Fresh. It did a great job on the wetness aspect, but the scent faded after a bit and then my natural smell came back (which isn't exactly fabulous).
The price makes this tough, because I cannot justify purchasing for what it is. If they make multiple scents and I find the perfect one, I might consider it, but for now, I have to pass.
I love the convenience of this product. It would be great to keep in your purse and use to freshen up during a long day or when going straight from one place to another without having a chance to stop at home. However, I'm not sure how well it works. Using it made me feel fresher but not particularly protected. I also cannot attest to whether or not it actually inhibits the regrowth of hair since I only used the one sample.3
Ok, so when I read the description from the box, I thought this was a hair growth inhibitor, but it's actually deodorant?!
i like the fact that its a wipe and I could carry it with me but I cant figure out how much you get for $22?!
From what I have experienced, it is a nice and convenient product to have when you are out and about. It acts as a great substitute for deoderant. The only thing I can't really review on is the hair inhibitor... a sample isn't enough to take the use and time to see the effect.3
