Unless you were blessed with perfect natural hair color and grays never sprout from your head (i.e., you're one in a million), you probably color your hair. Just as likely? Color fading and chemical damage. Lock color in (see ya, premature fading) with this hair mask, which preserves your shade and keeps tresses soft and shiny for up to 40 days.
I returned this product. I thought that I was ordering kerastase chroma riche. This product just isn't as healing. Too bad the conditioners are in matching bottles. Confusing!2
I use high end shampoo and conditioner on my hair and don't have problems with my blond highlights pulling and breaking in the shower (if you have blonde highlights you know what over-processing pulling/breaking of strands I'm talking about). When I use this products my highlights do this. I feel as though it's not helping my hair stay healthy and strong (even if it does help prevent fading color). The mask goes on lightly and feels nice, so that is a plus.2
This product didn't work very well on my dry and somewhat damaged hair. I do not think it hydrated any more than a regular conditioner.2
I have fine hair, and even after rinsing, my hair still felt heavy and weighted down after using this. It smelled and felt pretty good to use, but it's definitely not for my hair type.2
I was excited to see this in my Birchbox and looked forward to testing it out.
It smells good. I was hoping it would live up to it's hype since I've heard a lot of great things about the brand. Well, this was a complete dud for me. I really don't see how it could be so expensive. I didn't notice anything different from my regular $4 bottle of hair conditioner. I would not purchase or recommend this product.
I love haircare samples and am down to try anything, but I really didn't see a difference with this one - not even after using it 4 times. I have short hair, so half a packet was plenty.2
Still not happy with getting this product as a sample. The two packages of mask was not enough to determine.2
So I love all Kerastase products, I own a few. But this mask did nothing for my hair, infact if felt squeaky instead of soft. Smell was ok too perfumy.2
I've read so many positive reviews for this brands conditioning treatments so I was so delighted when I received a sample for it in my Birchbox. I followed the instructions on the card however did not feel any difference whatsoever than when I use any of my other deep conditioners that I've purchased for a fraction of the cost.2
I tried the sample which worked well conditioning-wise and ended up buying the full-sized tub. Not sure if it justifies the high-price though. The texture was curiously thin as if it had been watered-down but still conditions really well. I can't really attest to it's hair-color protecting traits because I feel like I still color my hair at the same rate. The scent is kinda chemically like retro-beauty salon smell.3
