The color pros at Pantone would approve of these must-have shades—and we couldn’t agree more. Universally flattering on all skin tones, each hue is daring, but not so out-there that we can’t wear it in the office or to dinner with Grandma.
I didn't care for the color of this on me. It probably looks good on other, but against my skin it looked terrible, but that's just my opinion. I would've prefered a different color.
But I didn't like this color. Based on my profile, I was a little surprised I was sent this. Alternately, my 13 year old god-daughter loved it.2
As someone else said, very pretty color but chipped much earlier than most polishes I've used and the remaining bit stained my nails an unhealthy faint green. St Patrick's day only kinda item2
So I was super excited about this emerald color, but when I used it, I had to put on a few coats for it to be the shade I had hoped for. Also, this brand chips very easily.2
The color was great (emerald green) but it chipped right away and was nearly impossible to take off. It took quite a few cotton balls and even a nail file to get the green off of my nails. I would not purchase this products at all.
I liked the color, but after only one day of wearing it, it was already chipping and coming off. I wanted it to last longer as I was excited to get the red color, but it just looked messy and unclean after only a few days. I wouldn't purchase a full size of this nail polish.2
I absolutely LOVE the red color, it is very shiny and covers extremely well with one coat, though I did two. HOWEVER this polish chipped within 3 hours, even with a topcoat. Now, it's been about 16 hours since I painted my nails and 9 out of 10 fingers have chipped almost halfway off.2
I am currently addicted to getting gel manicures at the salon because they last forever (and stay shiny!) and don't chip. I was hoping some of the polish I got from Birchbox would be better quality so I could find a brand that stayed put long enough for it to be worth the investment. I love the bold color of this and while this polish was sufficient -- it still chipped quickly after my manicure (I did use a top coat) and left green rings on my cuticles that even the salon had to scrub off. Back to gel manicures until the next Birchbox polish comes along.2
I tried this when I received it in my box and it was very streaky and watery. I was disappointed.2
I received this as a sample size in one of my boxes. I'm just too traditional for the color I received, a vibrant green called Cactus. I'm just too tame for this I guess. I tend to wear natural shades, pinks and reds. When I'm feeling a little funky I venture into orange. This shade just didn't look quite right against my very pink skin, and I think it was just too young and trendy for me. The quality of the polish itself though was fine. Held up just as a standard polish would.2
