Nail artistry has never been more revered—glitter, patterns, ombré, we’ve tried it all. Neon greens and hot pinks have their place, don’t get us wrong, but there’s nothing like the classics. Every nail polish collection needs that perfect red, an everyday neutral that flatters your skin tone, and a glossy dark lacquer that is vampy yet not too harsh. We’ve teamed up with the NYC-based high fashion label RUFFIAN to bring you these three shades in one foolproof, ultraluxe collection, curated to fit all of your nail lacquer needs. The high-gloss formula is chip-resistant, so your chic mani will stay put for days.
The sample I received was an exact shade of a competing brand that I already own. The nail polish seems comparable to other brands with quality at this price. Unless they had a special color, I don't think that I would go out of my way to buy it.1
This is a great high-quality polish. I love the vibrant colors, the high-gloss shine, thick coating, and smaller bottles (I HATE large bottles of polish, when nine times out of ten I can never use it all that in 10 years).1
I'm really disappointed in this polish! I bought the Classics Collection after receiving a sample in my Sept. BirchBox. I've used both the purple sample and the dark blackish color and this stuff just peels right off my nails. I've used it with base coat and without and it doesn't make a bit of difference. I've used other polishes over the top - still peels off! And of course I'm using a quality top coat.
I would not purchase this nail polish again if it was given to me free with a $50 bill attached.
Great colors, but the when I put on the polish it was clumpy and didn't go on smooth and sleek as I wished for. When dry it didn't look so hot.1
I don't like the name ruffian,. It is a another name for bully. I did not like the name fox hunt A blood sport. The color was to bright.1
Great bottle design. The polish is highly pigmented, but I was let down by the hideous shade of metallic orange I received. Do not be fooled. This much less "red-orange" than jack-o'-lantern...meets Day-Glo. Kind of a let down for my first Birchbox, unfortunately.1
Nice bottling but I did not like the way the color looked so I am going to pass.1
Nail polish was ok, but can find cheaper products that are just as good at local drug stores. I would not recommend this nail polish2
The color looked much better in the bottle than it did on my nails. It dried to a near flat finish and the color was dull as a result. It also chipped before the day was over. There are so many other polishes on the market that out perform at a much better price.2
I love the bottle shape and vibrant color. However the consistency was too thick and made for a difficult and goopy application.
