As evidenced by our oft-updated Pinterest boards, Instagram feeds, and Tumblrs, we’re always on the lookout for sparks of inspiration. Since we’re used to pick-me-ups of the image and word variety, we were happily surprised to discover them in fragrance form. SAGE + fasten founder Vivian Lee has created a line of four scents, each meant to embody the quality for which it’s named. Common Sense, inspired by Lee’s levelheaded mom, is a refreshing and bright reminder to use our heads and keep our cool. Now that’s inspiring.
Didn't like this scent at all. Would never buy this product.1
I was really excited to try this perfume when I received it in my birch box. Once I tried it though, I decided it wasn't for me. I smells nice, but more mature of a scent.1
Really liked the rollerball sample size and the scent was feminine and pretty, it just didn't last long on me.3
The packaging is freakin' adorable and the smell is phenomenal! I typically go for more 'mature' fragrances (Burberry is my go-to favorite) but this is fruity and not childish. I LOVE it!5
I really enjoyed the smell. I prefer perfume over something like this, but it was really pleasant.4
I love these kinds of scents. The only negative was the sample container in this months Birchbox. The ball would not move to extract the scent. I'm glad the full size has a spray.4
I was really excited about this sample because I love all natural products and I love fragrances. It smelled great in the container, but not when I put it on my skin. It was probably a funky combination of my natural scent and the sample. I would love it as a candle!3
My new fave! Common Sense quickly won me over, and now I can't get enough. I am usually a skeptic with fragrance samples (they are everywhere these days), and I have been on the lookout for a signature scent literally for years. I think my search might be over. Common Sense is charming, elegant, fun, and not at all too fruity (one thing I had been afraid of). I can't wait to get the full size!5
I am constantly searching for a good smelling perfume that is of the more natural variety. I hate spraying chemicals all over myself but so far any natural perfumes I've come across have smelled terrible. This smells lovely! Very light, fresh scent that is not overpowering. Great for everyday. I'm purchasing right now!4
