Amp up your beauty regimen with this product-enhancing elixir. Clinical studies show that the ultrathin, water-like formula strengthens skin’s moisture barrier by up to 50 percent, giving a boost to your existing skincare products. Even better? The translucent serum is free of sulfates, synthetic fragrance and dyes, and genetic modified organisms (aka GMOs).
Not something i would usually use but i liked the product4
Thought this was a lotion. Makes my skin shiny and my makeup looks terrible on top of it2
I have what I would like to consider skin care anxiety - i get super nervous to try new things especially on my face. i luckily have never had an issue with my skin, besides dryness after summer - and i love this product, it works well - makes my skin smooth and its super hydrating.5
This elixir is very lightweight and just feels expensive while on the skin. Seems to moisturizer well and obsorb quickly into the skin which is very nice.4
I wasn't familiar with skin polishers before. Not sure if I will incorporate this into my usual routine but I'm enjoying trying it out.2
I should definitely start reading 1-star reviews of products before trying anything on my face. Like many other 1-star samplers, my face instantly turned sunburn-red and splotchy and got really hot. I tried to wash it off and put on my usual moisturizer to calm things down but it's not quite gone yet. Not sure why some people love it and others get this reaction, but have to say it's not for me, and sadly will probably trash the rest of the sample.1
I was thrilled to try this product when I found it in my Birchbox, and waited to write this review until I had a chance to try it for a few days. I have combo/oily skin and didn't notice too much extra shine throughout my day. The formula is lightweight and makes my skin nice and soft. However, I have to say that I expect more from a brand like DDF. I was disappointed to see parabens (METHYLPARABEN) in the ingredients list. There are so many cosmetics companies who are dedicated to removing parabens from their formulas...I think I'll stick to those until DDF decides to do the same.4
I like that this moisturizer is light and airy. I'm looking forward to stashing this sample in my purse for those really raw winter days!3
How many moisturizing products does one person really need? Looking at product lines, about 15. I'm pretty certain that there are products just as effective that cost less. I don't have time to apply multiple moisturizers every am and pm. Also, who puts a liquid in a cream tube? I nearly spilled my sample before getting it to my face.3
I do like this product since it is lightweight but it's too soon to know if this product does everything that it claims to .3
