Our colleagues in the UK refer to these tress essentials as kirbies or hair grips, while in the US it’s thought their name comes from the phrase bits and bobs. Whatever you call them, bobby pins are a must-have in every beauty arsenal—and there’s no reason you need to hide them. This exclusive set of six chicly patterned pins adds instant style to all your ‘dos—display them proudly.
I like how strong and sturdy these are, but I think i would use black, silver, or white ones more.4
These bobby pins are very stylish and great for those days when you don't feel like doing your hair but you have a brunch or work or something.
A little stiff but also very sturdy. High quality and pretty!
These bobby pins will hold your hair in place without a doubt. They are super thick and work well. I really wish the design was on both sides, because the back is plain white.3
These are sturdy, kept my thick hair in place through 2 hours of Zumba, and they're cute to boot! I'm sold!5
These bobby pins were strong enough to hold my hair in place all day without falling.5
I love the pattern on these hair pins but they are really not something I can use. When I pin my hair it is usually on the side/top of my head and these pins look awkward. They are too long for what I would use them for and kind of stick up a little funny on the top of my head. Also, they are really tight and hard to get in and out of my hair, I lost a lot of hairs trying to sample these.3
These are adorable but nearly impossible to work with, theyre way too tight and hard to get in or out of your hair.3
I was excited to see the cute green pins in my box this month. They look adorable, just be careful taking them out of your hair.4
These are nice if you actually use this product. They seem like they are very good quality and wont stretch out after the firs couple of uses.4
These pins are pretty dang cute... extra kudos to Birchbox for sending me my favorite color (the dark blue). These are nice to jazz up your hair a little, but I would not rely on them to keep bundles of hair in place. I will be using them to clip back bangs mostly. For more intense stylings I will just use regular Goody bobby pins.5
