Our colleagues in the UK refer to these tress essentials as kirbies or hair grips, while in the US it’s thought their name comes from the phrase bits and bobs. Whatever you call them, bobby pins are a must-have in every beauty arsenal—and there’s no reason you need to hide them. This exclusive set of six chicly patterned pins adds instant style to all your ‘dos—display them proudly.
Received a pair in my july box and loved the color, so fun!5
this was the best sample i have received from birchbox in any box yet! I love the pins... they are so cute and stylish and they hold my hair really really well!5
The pins are great I have mid back length semi thick hair and these babies hold the whole thing up in a bun using just one pin. They are sturdy and feel really secure.5
These bobby pins are hard to open one handed (while your other hand is holding up your hair!) but they hold tight and stay put all day. Plus they're cute!5
Love these pins! These add a little pop to hair pulled back.5
These pins are cute and hold my hair back very well! Adds a cute twist to my normal down and lazy hair. Might have to get more!5
These are cute but they are so tight and hurt my head when I where them.
These are so cute and so fun. I received the green ones in my birchbox this month and have worn them every day since! I've gotten great compliments. I really love how sturdy they are - they hold a lot more hair in place than a normal bobby pin. Great little hair accessories with a wonderful utilitarian purpose.5
I have seen colored bobby pins around in mags and never thought about trying them out until I recieved some in my birchbox this month. I got a navy and white printed set. These are adorable. The print is classic and I had no problem matching them to my work outfit today. A cute little pop for my sea salt sprayed 2nd day hair. They are wider and more durable then the average bobby and if you aren't careful, will pull out a hair or two. All in all and very cute treat from BB. I adore them!5
I received the green-patterned pins, and while cute, they sure do hurt! I had trouble getting them in my hair, and getting them out was even worse. I'll stick to regular bobby pins.1
