Our colleagues in the UK refer to these tress essentials as kirbies or hair grips, while in the US it’s thought their name comes from the phrase bits and bobs. Whatever you call them, bobby pins are a must-have in every beauty arsenal—and there’s no reason you need to hide them. This exclusive set of six chicly patterned pins adds instant style to all your ‘dos—display them proudly.
These are so cute, they look great in hair , but they are a pain to get out. I have hair on the fine side and when I use them to pin back my bags or the sides when I go to remove them they do not slide out- they rip and pieces of hair out. Bummer.2
These bobby pins were ok. Being close to 30, I don't feel like I can wear these out in public. But that's just my personal preference. I also noticed that the print started rubbing off so I just threw them in my drawer or maybe the trash? Can't remember. Cute idea, bad execution.1
Unless you're a teenager I see
No use for these clips! They not only slide down but the colors are awful
These bobby pins are superb!! They stay in place tightly! Sometimes may pull out a little hair when they are removed but definitely worth the tradeoff of how well they stay in place.5
I loved that I got to try these in my box. So cute to add to a pony tail! Nice hold and love the colors4
They hold perfectly well, love them , need another set! Quality set that don't slip and hold hair in place5
Bobby pins can be so plain. These are so pretty and fun to wear. I wish they had more color options! I love them.5
I love the patterns of these pins, and they hold great... But, the pattern soon wore off, so I don't wear them anymore.2
I have very thick hair so it's hard to find bobby pins that hold my hair in place without the use of a lot of hairspray. These didn't do the trick. I might use them for style but that's about it.2
These little pins are very cute, and they stay put in my fine hair. The problem, though, is that they don't expand enough to get them out without tearing out some of my hair. It always hurts, so I end up reaching for some other pins that are easier on my scalp.3
