Our colleagues in the UK refer to these tress essentials as kirbies or hair grips, while in the US it’s thought their name comes from the phrase bits and bobs. Whatever you call them, bobby pins are a must-have in every beauty arsenal—and there’s no reason you need to hide them. This exclusive set of six chicly patterned pins adds instant style to all your ‘dos—display them proudly.
I thought they were really nice looking, but never used them. They didn't work with my hair trends. Will keep for future hair styles.2
Pattern was adorable, but overall functionless. Barely stayed in my hair, let alone held it back. Cute in theory.2
I couldn't get them in my hair. They're too tight. There's no flexibility to open them even slightly to put them in my hair.1
With all the fragrances and beauty products, This was a fun surprise in my birchbox. Very cute patterns and nice quality bobby pins. I actually wish there were more cute hair accessories, or just lifestyle accessories in all my boxes!5
These are very cute bobby pins, however they are chunky and not versatile for everyday wear. I have slick hair and found they did not hold a lot of grip unless worked in well. When they did work well, I found sometimes it was hard to remove them without breaking hairs. I would not repurchase.3
The pins are super adorable but not super functional. I broke my nail while trying to pin my hair! I do love to wear them, but need extra time to get them into my hair.3
Fun colors. Flirty. really loved them. I have medium hair so sometimes this is just what i need to pull my hair back. Love the punch of color. As a red head these are perfect, no pinks or yellows.5
I really liked these bobby pins. They are fun with the color and design. All the other ones I had been using were plan, so this was nice they it was something different.4
Got these in last month's Birchbox, tossed them into the hair-care drawer and forgot about them. Got a haircut last week. Ran across them again and YAY, they are perfect for this new length! And so cute, too.5
I have thinner hair, so these bobby pins are a little too strong for my hair. They are really cute and I love the patterns, but tough to get out of my hair. Ouch!2
