Mastering the art of eyeliner takes three essentials: a little skill, a lot of patience, and the right tools. Knock one of these off the list with Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics’ brand new Incredible Wear Gel Liner. The silky formula glides on smoothly like a traditional liquid liner and leaves behind a line of rich color like a high-impact eye pencil.
The product was almost dry, and had cracks. I tried to test it out anyway. It did not go on smoothly, and as I was applying specs of the product would fall onto my cheeks. Will NOT buy again! I use Gel liner everyday, and this is the worst one I've tried yet.1
I ordered this and Loved the color! When I opened it, I noticed it was cracked and dry looking. Thought maybe it would smoothen out after using a bit but it didn't. Applies very crumbly and I always have residue that falls under my eye during application. Would be perfect if it went on a little smoother. I love the color so I just rub it in fairly hard to smoothen it out. I received a replacement but it also came dry and cracked.3
Goes on smooth and even, lasts for hours, and looks great! Doesn't go on so dark that it looks overdone.5
I have been using this for over a year.. I first purchased from a local salon to replace another brand that I could only get online. I love the color eclipse. I wear this everyday and now know I can get it here as well . It goes on smooth and stays. I use a wide flat brush in a dotting motion and get the perfect cat eye, drama eye, or soft eye everytime. I think this is easier to use than liquid.5
I was so excited to try this gel eyeliner, but it didn't go on smoothly; the color was not rich (although I did like the Black Orchid color that I chose); and it created clumps as I tried to apply it. I'm still looking to find the right gel eyeliner for me!2
I've not tried a gel liner before, but I wanted to see what all the fuss is about. It's actually easier, for me, than liquid eye liner. I still prefer a felt tip pen style, but with a small, stiff angle liner brush, this stuff is the bomb. It's super, super opaque, so it doesn't require much, and it takes very little time to get a quick, dramatic cat eye. Definitely recommend.4
I had such high hopes for this liner to be the best gel liner I've used, but I'm disappointed... The liner consistency is smooth yet thick like frosting. To achieve the liner (cat wing) I want I have to apply 2-3 times!! The color is not pigmented, kinda sheer in my opinion. Doesn't last all day nor waterproof. Point is I would not buy again or recommend.1
Black Orchid was my first foray into gel eyeliner. I was expecting it to be a lot darker - more black than purple - but it was still a fun color. Behind black mascara, it's not such an immediate recognition of purple. Easy to use, great color, will buy again!5
I have used every gel liner on the market and finally decided to try Youngblood. I absolutely love it! It goes on smooth and makes a cat-eye super easy AND stays the day!5
The gel eyeliner goes on smooth, nice pigment but just doesn't last like I had hoped it would. after about the 4th hour, start getting smudges and by end of day, its halfway gone. looking for something with real staying power, especially living in a hot climate...3
