As you might expect from a line founded by a celebrity hairstylist, GO247's Texture Paste delivers red carpet-worthy results (were not surprised it won a Details magazine award in 2012). The flexible formula provides 24-hour volume and definition with a smooth matte finish and a pliable, comfortable hold. Unlike hair gels or some other pastes, it results in a softer, more natural look.
I've tried many, many pastes, gels etc. and I have to say that this was one of the best. It doesn't weigh down your hair nor does it make it look wet. The only comment I would add is that I mixed it with a mousse that made it that much lighter.5
Great brand and great product. I have generally flat and thing hair of medium length and the product really helped my hair.5
I didn't like it any better than what I currently use.2
First off, I'm more of a gel guy, but gave this a shot. I like the smell and feel of it, and it isn't as greasy as I thought it was going to be. Not for spike style type hair at all, but still good for what it is!4
I have annoying hair. Its thick in the front, thin at the back and super poofy on the sides (even 3 days after getting it cut). So styling it can be a bit tricky. There is either not enough hold or way too much. This product offers the perfect middle ground for those that want enough manipulation and hold to last the entire day. Highly recommend.5
I really enjoyed this paste! I was very skeptical at first, but it really is a great product and I am considering ordering more when I run out!4
This product was decent but didn't see much difference between this and a normal texture paste that you could get for a cheaper price. Not bad though.3
I don't use any gels or creams in my hair but I did try it out. It held very nicely and smells great. The sample size was big also!3
Always on the hunt for new hair products. But this one is another bummer. Too tacky, hard to get out of your hair and off your hands for that matter. Seems to leave a film. Also makes the hair matt together, especially fine hair. I'll toss this in my gym bag as a quick fix after showers, but it won't be something I use regularly. (Jonathan Dirt is what I use 99% of the time)2
I love the texture of this paste. I've used a lot of products over the years and this is the strongest one that still has a matte finish. I'll definitely be buying them.
Smells great, too! My girlfriend loves it.
