We fell hard for the clean and chic packaging of these rollerball perfumes before we even took our first whiff. Unlike most run-of-the-mill scents, they’re simple and fresh, not cloying. Caldrea prides itself on its organic plant-based ingredients, so you can feel good about wearing these fragrances on a daily basis.
Smell delicious! I have bought two of these, one in Apricot and one in the green scent. Both very light and fresh. Great to throw in your purse and have handy. Love them!5
I love the Coconut Fig scent. I was VERY disappointed in bottle size and then to see it was not full further upset me. I should have returned it. I ADORE the scent so much I just wanted to keep it.
I bought this roll on perfume just by looking at description and expected a bit more fresh from it as described, but got mostly floral with a touch of powder. It is pleasant, not cloying that is right and a good value.3
This is a nice, light, summery fragrance. I'll absolutely buy this again, and I can't wait to try the others in this line.5
The scent is fresh and clean. It reminds me of summer. The roller ball is easy to apply. I did have to reapply once through the day.5
I NEVER wear perfume. I DESPISE perfume BUT I love this perfume. THIS IS A HUGE DEAL. I love throwing this one when I am refreshing myself to go out. It's not like typical perfumes. It's not strong. It smells amazing and yet natural.5
I usually prefer oriental and woodsy perfumes, but I bought this product in Coconut Fig Leaf on a whim after browsing the less expensive scents. The packaging is lovely and the bottle is small but with a good weight and it seems quite sturdy. The top note is a fresh fig that is a bit juicy, but not at all cloying or overly-sweet. It almost smells like slightly under-ripe fig, but not in a sour way - just very fresh and green. There might be some clover adding to the green note, but it's largely overwhelmed by the fig. The coconut is there in the top note, but it isn't sunscreeny or too sweet; it adds a subtle warmth and depth that balances with the fig well. The top notes faded fairly quickly on me - they were gone in about 15 minutes - and dried down to a nice middle and base note combination of sandalwood and musk, with just a tiny hint of something powdery - perhaps violet? As someone who typically avoids gourmand scents and bought this one without smelling it first, I was pretty pleased with it. The notes are well balanced and it smells good. I gave it a 3/5 because it didn't last very long (had to reapply after 3/4 hours) and I didn't smell any cedar in the base notes (which is listed in the product description).3
This was a disappointing purchase, received the sample for the lotion in my monthly box, and I thought that this would be just like it, I was wrong. I still use it for after the shower or if I am just walking uptown. Something light for a breezy day.1
I ordered the Tea Olive scent because I usually love tea scents. This comes in a nice little rollerball bottle, but it has a very strong fragrance. There is an overwhelming floral note that I think is the orchid, which is too bad because I was hoping for a light citrus.2
I tried the Coconut Fig Leaf and the Aloe Water Apricot. Both are light, pleasant, sophisticated scents. Coconut Fig Leaf is surprisingly fresh and green; it does not smell like suntan lotion at all. The only downside is that the fragrance is very subtle and doesn't last. Needs re-application a couple times a day.4
