A good body lotion is hard to find. Too oily, too sticky, too thick—the list goes on and on. Lucky for us, Caldrea has been perfecting its body care line for a decade (yes, a decade!). This rich cream comes in three signature scents: Aloe Water Apricot, a modern white musk with floral notes; Tea Olive Lime, a green citrus scent with vanilla and orchid; and Coconut Fig Leaf, which is fresh and exotic with top notes of white fig, plum, and coconut.
These lotions are wonderful! Not only did each smell delicious, but they also helped in relieving my dry cracked wintery ridden hands! I would recommend these any day.4
The scent is okay, not as refreshing as I would of thought. Its very musky and pungent.
The lotion applies nicely but does leave a greasy feeling.
I got a sample of each in the March Birchbox. While I really liked the consistency of the lotion, nice and light but still super moisturizing and easily absorbed w no residue, there was only one scent I liked - the apricot. The lime is over powering and the fig has a sandalwood element that is hard to get past.3
Smells great and not overwhelming!! I had to open all three samples to smell them all! My favorite has to be the Tea Olive Lime. So fresh!5
I received the three samples and was really excited to try them. I thought the texture and consistency of the lotion was really nice but the scent of all three was too strong for me. Not only were they strong but I didn't care for the actual scents either. I will not be purchasing this product.2
It's rare that I would write a review for scented body lotion, but this one is very nice. Not only is the lotion light in feel it does a wonderful job moisturizing. Aloe Water Apricot and Coconut Fig Leaf are my favorites. Actually I feel these scents are unisex in nature. My husband likes them as well and he hates 'perfume' scented lotions.
I live in Florida and, not an old lady yet!! and these are the perfect fresh scent if you are an outdoors type and don't like heavy perfume or heavy lotions.
Fresh out of the shower I tried the Aloe Water Apricot and loved the floral musk, but freshness. I can't wait to try the others and pick which scent I love the most and purchase!5
Received this in my march birchbox. Love all the scents and the lotion is not too sticky or oily. Great buy!5
I got three samples of this lotion in this month's Birchbox. The packets were relatively generously sized- mine yielded a palmful of the creme. Sadly, this product was a disappointment. The the three fragrances seem to be the major selling point, and 2 out of 3 of mine were a massive letdown. Both the Aloe Water Apricot and Coconut Fig Leaf smelled like Old Lady (no offense, old ladies. I'll be one someday), and the Tea Olive Lime was just sort of... forgettable. The cremes left my skin soft, but they just aren't worth the price.2
