We absolutely love our BB creams, but this next-generation CC cream takes corrective coverage to the next level. More lightweight than its prequel and easier to blend, the fragrance-free formula acts as both a primer and a foundation. It smooths fine lines and uneven skin and provides SPF protection (against UVA, UVB, and infrared-A rays). And light-diffusing mica minerals soften the appearance of pores and wrinkles for a fresh, flawless complexion. Plus, this all-in-one velvety cream comes in a range of self-adjusting shades to suit a variety of skin tones.
I'm not usually excited to see this brand in my box. It doesn't work well with my skin and I haven't been impressed with any of their products.2
sample was too little and too dark for me to know if its even good. get less than one use. disappointed in this product/sample2
While I love that this cream has SPF, I found it too heavy and resultantly uncomfortable. It also did not do a good job of matching my skin color, which admittedly is pretty fair.2
I was disappointed as I had high hopes for this product based on my previous use of Supergoop sunscreens. Knowing the shade sampled was far too dark for me, I applied it for a trial run on a day I was not planning to leave the house, hoping I would like the formula and purchase the correct shade. While the application and initial finish we're very nice, the product oxidized badly over a couple of hours. More importantly, I rushed to wash it off after only a few hours as I could feel my skin reacting badly to it. Sure enough, my skin broke out after only a few hours of wear of this product. Too bad.2
The first thing I noticed is that this product smells a little funny, like plastic? I also have not used it very many times so I am not yet seeing the correcting properties.2
I found the product to be a little cake-y. This was my first experience with CC cream, I'm not sure I am a fan. I prefer to use products separately and use what I need that day.2
I didn't mind the consistency of it, but the color was a little too dark for my skin tone2
Very expensive but pretty good product! would love to see more things like this in my future birchboxes to come2
This is the most underwhelming skincare product I've ever used. First off, there's only enough product to use once - lame. Second, the tube says "light to medium" which my skin tone is, but the "goop" itself is SHADES darker. Third, it doesn't really blend that well and left my face looking splotchy and weird. I thought this product was supposed to protect my skin from the sun, not make me look like I had sunspots. If it works for other people... Cool, but I don't plan on buying it.2
I got this in a sample and liked it, so I ordered the same color in full size. I'm not sure why but it did not look the same on my face. It was much darker than my actual skin tone so there was a visible jawline streak when putting it on, however this wasn't noticeable right away so the first time I didn't notice it until I was driving in my car. It doesn't really apply very smoothly so there are streaks of makeup that you won't notice until later when it "settles" and becomes darker. I wouldn't order it again and didn't end up finishing the tube, just ordered another brand.2
