Most of us are, er, intimately familiar with the shaping power of well-constructed undergarments. Enter Marcelle’s Twist Push-Up Mascara, which creates the same effect for eyelashes. Its adjustable brush both defines and adds volume to lashes, resulting in that coveted doe-eyed look. Plus, the coal-black mascara is hypoallergenic and perfume-free, and it doesn’t clump or flake off.
Probably one of the worst mascaras I have ever owned. The formula isn't very good and the brush doesn't lengthen well or add much volume.1
I bought this mascara and I always have flakes from it and in addition I get raccoon eyes from it. I bought it part of a set and I love the BB Cream and Cleanser just not the mascara.1
The hype is only hype. This mascara certainly does not add volume and barely does the work of a convenience store brand mascara in regards to definition. Additionally, I've literally NEVER had a problem with mascaras or eye make-up in the past but this mascara constantly irritated my eyes. Not a fan.1
I never ever leave the house without mascara. I like formulas that add volume and length. I had such high hopes for this be mascara. It was horrible! Thick, chunky, clumpy. I had to use my metal toothed eye lash comb too get rid of the worst clumps then it rained down like dandruff all day long. I'll stick with Eyeko black magic thank you very much.1
First off, I did not like the smell. Second, it was very wet. It didn't try quickly after putting in on my lashes and I kept getting mascara everywhere. Do not recommend.1
I purchased this after seeing the rave reviews about how this is the bomb. Not so much. Really disappointed. Always on the search for that holy grail mascara. I've tried every brand from Sisley to Lancôme, Armani, dior, chanel, ysl, guerlain, the list goes on and on. I got no length or volume and the twist up thing really confused me. I so wanted to love it. Oh well, it's back to my other mascaras in the arsenal.1
I thought this looked so cool, so I bought it. It's a great idea, to be able to adjust the size of your mascara wand, but it doesn't really make a difference. When you're putting on mascara, you don't really want to stop and adjust the wand. I've used it up, because I didn't want to waste it, but I won't re-purchase.2
I was excited to get this mascara and see how the two wand positions worked on my lashes...but I discovered that they really aren't much different from each other, so felt like not a good use of my money...I think there are better mascaras out there2
I've used this a few times now and I really do not like it. Yes, it adds length and volume, however, it also made my lashes completely straighten out after applying it. Naturally, my lashes have a little curls to them, and I do use an eyelash curled, but when I curl my lashes, after I use this mascara, its almost like I never curled them in the first place. I've tried applying a very thin layer of mascara, which made it a little better, but then it doesn't achieve the volumizing or length purpose. Maybe this works better for someone with naturally very curly lashes, but for someone like myself, its just did not work.2
Didn't clump or anything but doesn't really lengthen or give volume. The twist thing didn't seem to make a difference.2
